The hotel’s beach is truly the most beautiful in Soma Bay, Hurghada, and even all of Egypt. The stunning green landscape surrounding the resort perfectly complements the golden sandy beach, creating a relaxing and refreshing atmosphere everywhere you go. I honestly wished my vacation could have been longer so I could enjoy more time on the beach, the exciting aqua park, and the very energetic and entertaining animation team. I had the most amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Personally I am not keen on large buffet dinners in big dining halls, however, we found seats reasonably easily, the choice of food was extensive and we had the option to use the smaller restaurant if we wanted to. Maybe a little more lighting at night and indicators for where each accommodation building is. The resort is large and spacious so not always easy to get your bearings

On arrival the staff were courteous and friendly and gave us the time needed to smoothly get through check in. Plenty of information given and contact numbers for any assistance we might need. There was enough choice to cater to all of our needs. As a family group of 11 we were able to please everyone whether it be in choice of where to eat, where to chill out or how close we wanted to be. With our group ranging from a baby through to a senior we were able to accommodate all that we required to ensure everyone was taken care of.

Food quality sometimes is not good , deserts are almost the same everyday, juices and coffee in the hotel are very low quality beverage compared to its price as the hotel price is not cheap at all , cheaper hotels provide better quality beverage.

The sandy beach is amazing it is the best sandy beach in hurghada. animation team are perfect and the shows every night must not miss. Pools are really good. Reception team are perfect they also gave me late check out and early check in for free. Staff are all freindly. A la carte restaurants are more than perfect.
