The nightlife is poor

Food varieties in the buffet. Repeated food over the week

Mr. Hesham from the front desk was amazing and he moved heaven and earth to make us feel comfortable and happy as we initially had a problem with our room set up. Mr. Hamed from Tortuga restaurant is very attentive Animation team is very funny and entertaining. Staff was so cooperative. Everything was up to standards. We would like to thank everyone and a big thanks goes to Mr. Hesham who made our stay a special one and we will definitely come back again because of his great efforts.

I got feeling that the staff on beach and swimming pool don’t like to deal with Egyptians , for example one of them was offering drinks to non Egyptian guests on pool but didn’t offer to us and other Egyptian family. That doesn’t apply to reception staff, I have fast , efficient, very friendly and informative experience in check in and out with mr.Ahmed. Movenpick ice cream was unpleasant experience, they don’t have spoon to eat the ice cream and guy helped us was unprofessional.

Didn't find place at beach first raw for 5 days but i love the resort 😉

Beach was lovely, a lot of pools , aqua for kids i liked it, Variety of snaks ,food is delicious, high quality of service from stuff. Staff of main restaurant and beach are very helpful. Resott is huge so you will not feel crowded if it is full. Quick solutions for any problem if u faced. Thanks Mr Khaled At reception was very helpful every time i visited the resort.

I was expecting a better sea view since the balcony was a bit far from the beach. Need better service on the beach and many times it was hard to find a place there. I’m not interested to get my drink from Magdy that serves the drinks in the main restaurant. I didn’t complain on him in the property so that I don’t affect his job but seemed that he continued his rudeness. He was so rude although I’m (the guest) was trying to smile to him to get better service but every time he became worse to me.

Facilities are very good and the beach is great. House keeper Mahmoud is a great person and very helpful.

Was very hard to find a spot on the beach or pool. Some staff members were very rude specially the manager at the tortuga restaurant. I was told that because my reservation was VIP, I was offered dinner at different restaurants, the service however was very slow and we were offered very limited selection of the menu while the rest was extra charge, we ended up having dinner in the buffet which was way better.

Food and beverage are not the best ( the quality of the ingredients not the chefs ), but they are ok as the overall stay was amazing.

The beach, the staff, and the animation team are amazing! Beach: SUPERB- sandy beach with crystal clear water, suitable for swimming and appropriate for all family members even kids. Very calm and long. This is a beach destination for beach lovers! Staff: professional- special thanks goes to Mr Ahmed Morsy, who went the extra mile to make sure that our stay was perfect. Since day 1 until our checkout, he handled everything in an exceptional way. Animation Team: exciting- very engaging animation team with a different programme each day. They never failed to make us happy with daily shows ranging from comedy sketches to dance competitions, clowns for kids, .. etc.
