Everything is perfect I love this hotel Mohamed Magraby is the best man in the hotel I love his hospitality and dedication to work. I have never seen any employee in any hotel like him.

Only The pools were lower than expected for this price but it wasn't bad

The open sea view is amazing all over the resort The landscape was wonderful from any area The room was very comfy and had a relaxing view The idea of 4 restaurants is great you never feel the crowd of the hotel even if the capacity is fully booked The resort is huge but has many bars and many coffee area so you don't feel any crowd All in all we had a great relaxing stay The sea :if you love swimming with fishes you ll love it very much The night parties were good

The beach itself wasn’t great. The smaller restaurants (the Asian and Italian) didn’t have a lot of variety at dinner time.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was exceptional and the staff went above and beyond to make our visit comfortable and enjoyable. Staff friendliness, cleanliness of the entire hotel, having every demand answered, the upgraded facilities that keep evolving every year, a starbucks inside the hotel (kudos for that 👏) the amazing lagoons and the quality of food is greatly improved, finally you have to visit the golden Buddha while you're there you will not be disappointed.

We had such a great time at this resort! The food was one of the highlights—very tasty, with plenty of variety, so every meal felt different and enjoyable. There’s also no chance to get bored here, because the place is full of activities. Whether you just want to relax or stay busy, there’s always something going on, which made our stay really fun and interesting. I also want to give a big thanks to "Mohamed Maghrabi". He was always there to help with any issues, and you could really see his passion and dedication in making sure we had the best stay possible. It honestly made a huge difference for us. Overall, it was a memorable trip and we’d definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a mix of great food, lots to do, and excellent service.

Perfect hotel! Real 5 star (not as usual in Egypt) :) Long beach, nice reef, lot of beautiful sea life. Many restaurants, nice food, good selection. Perfect staff, additional thanks for Mohamed Magraby, he did our stay more comfortable. Hope to return in Citadeles soon with my children

The beach was almost unusable for us. The hotel has a long rocky coast line with untapped potential with a very small patch of a usable beach where you can swim barefoot. There are a couple of small lagoons but I noticed most people go for the pools. There is a public beach called Beach at bus stop not far from the hotel. It’s very clean and nice and only 5$ each way with an uber plus a 7-10$ entrance fee that gets you a towel and a bench and umbrella. Kids 12 and under enter for free with adults. It’s a great workaround if you don’t like the beach but still enjoy the hotel. I wish the hotel could provide a shuttle service for that in the mean time until they improve the beach. Rooms were clean but finishes could be improved for a 5 star hotel

The view was amazing and the fact that every room has a sea view is great. The thing that impressed me the most was everyone in the staff from manager, servers, housekeepers were very polite and willing to help and you don’t feel anyone is expecting a tip for any of their services. Variety of food options was great and you don’t get bored as you feel the hotel feels like a small coastal town. The lobby cafe is nice to hang out at and the hotel design and style is very nice.

The cuisine at the restaurant could offer more variety of Asian/Chinese/Turkish food options. Kids play room is too small. Water Slides/more than just one indoor & outdoor Playground facilities could be added to the property for those coming with children and get them engaged during the day at different spots around the property would be ideal.

Location was fantastic! Beautiful seaview and resort interiors… good maintenance and facilities. Ideal place for luxurious experience for family & children.

I did not like the smell of dmoking from adjacent rooms. Also, night stage singing was too loud reaching rooms.

They had several pools which was great but it would have been nicer if there was an adults only pool and/or a bigger pool.

The hotel is huge and very nice. The deluxe room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff are extremely professional and genuinely helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure every request is met. A special thanks to Mr. Mohamed at the front desk for his outstanding hospitality. The gym was one of the highlights of my stay; very clean and well equipped. The food was excellent with a wide variety of options. The sea was beautiful, and we enjoyed snorkeling just by swimming right from the shore. The hotel also has a diving center. Overall, We had a wonderful experience and found the hotel to be excellent value for money. I would highly recommend it.

Amazing hotel… the facilities are amazing and views are stunning. The service is also great. Everyone serves you with a smile and always want to help and do whatever to make you happy. The animation team are super friendly and evening entertainment is always fun to watch. Will definitely be coming back with my friends!
