We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

It was a great experience with the Daniela Diving center. Ibrahim the dive instructor was great! We all felt in a good hands. Also felt that safety is highly important. Everythings with a smile. The hotel itself has a really nice area and view. Stuff was wonderful and helpful. Diner and breakfast were reallynice and varied so we didn't had to go out to eat. A good thing after a long diving day. Don't miss the beautiful sunrise from this place!!

IsraelThe shower didn't have hot water, despite I asked to fix this every day. In the middle of the stay the shower hose broke and we couldn't use the shower head at all. This too wasn't fixed. Also, after every shower there was a huge puddle left in the bathroom without any way to get rid of the water. So, the shower was just a disaster and my kids just refused to use it and didn't had shower for the whole stay. Very frustrating and the biggest pain point of the stay. Very disappointing that despite all our request and complains it wasn't fixed for the 6 days of our stay...

IsraelThe "hanging out" area close to the sea, didnt seem to recieve as much attention as the areas close to the pool.
The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, at all hours. the hotel was cleaned and cared for. breakfast was very good and sufficiently varied. Location was perfect for our needs- close enough to pop into Dahab town, and far away enough to enjoy the peace and quiet. Hamed, the driver, was especially helpful and caring. As was Ihab, at the reception. We will definitely come back again, and will recommend this lovely resort to friends.

IsraelThe staff is the biggest asset of this resort. Genuinely good people greet you with open arms and a real smile. Sunset at the pool bar is a treat with Umm Kulthum in the air. Real Arabic coffee at breakfast and great reception and dive center staff. Can’t wait for another chance to be there.
