The food in the main restaurant was disappointing and when we thought that going to the Italian restaurant (one of the a la carte restaurants in site) would compensate us, it turned to be an awful idea, the pizza was a burned bread, pasta was awful and salad and dessert bar was just a sample of the food in the main restaurant.Generally, the quality of food was very poor, this food is not supposed to be served in a 5 star hotel. The AC was noisy in all of the 3 rooms they gave us and it’s cooling power was very low.

The aqua was great, the kids aqua was next to the adults aqua and both were very good. The entertainment team was awesome and their program was diverse and interesting every single night. The guys in the aqua were very descent and nice the staff in general was nice.

If you are a sea lover like myself, you may be disappointed to know that even though the hotel is located on the beachfront, it is not possible to swim in the sea for the first 80 meters due to the presence of coral reefs which make the water very shallow. However, there is a promenade in the sea, and if you walk this distance, you can safely take a dip in the sea, which is quite lovely. Additionally, there are lifeguards on watch to ensure your safety while swimming.

Located on the beachfront, this resort offers numerous pools, complimentary activities such as yoga, aquarobics, and nightly entertainment. Additionally, the all-inclusive package provides a wide selection of dining options. The staff was amazing! They made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They even offered us complimentary late checkout as we were departing in the evening.

The only negative thing is that the bed isn't very comfortable and the sheets aren't soft

It was little far away from hurghada city

Beautiful hotel we enjed with the activities there snorkeling, aqua park and parties we met very active staff and lovely treatment and welcomming we were happy so we will repeat this nice experience

Everything is perfect. The staff are very friendly, especially the reception team. They are ready throughout the day to listen and meet any request at a perfect time. We will not feel that we are visiting this hotel for the first time and it will not be the last time.

Everything! From checking in, Ahmed in reception made the whole experience very pleasurable. Rooms are beautifully decorated, hotel itself is stunning, the building, 5 a la carte and buffet restaurant. Snack bars, plenty of bars and small aqua Park. Views from every corner of the hotel are simply beautiful and we can't wait to return again. All staff were very friendly and helpful to do anything for you!

The staff are so helpful starting from reception to the swimming pools to the Restaurants. The beach is clean and everyone is very kind and helpful . I can not mention enough about how good the staff are here . Mohammad akawy in reception is amazing and again I can not mention all the staff names as there too many , they make your visit so relaxing . The spa is good and staff are so helpful.

Although the rooms look nice you can clearly see that the finishing touch of the rohbau work is a bit off, or at least not to the european standards. Also the main restaurant serves pretty much the same food all throughout the week and it is not all that tasty actually, at least not what I expected for a five star hotel. They also tend to recycle the food. The choice of meats served is pretty poor and the portions of meat served by the cooks are really small. The other thing I did not like is that the beautiful beach in front of the resort is actually quite unfriendly for swimmers. There is no way you can just walk off the shore into the sea cuz of the rocks and the corals which are really sharp and the sea is just too shallow to swim in it, unless you take a long walk along the pier and then swim off the pier. However even from the pier you are under constant surveillance of the baywatch guards who are blowing their whistles all the time and getting on everyone's nerves because they won't to let you just swim wherever. All in all, I was pleased with the hotel, although one must be aware of the fact that egyptian 5 stars is a far way for european or at least croatian 5 stars.

The visual appearance of the resort is fabulous, looks oriental, yet quite modern and appealing and attractive. The coral reef in close vicinity is a bonus, my family and I absolutely adored the snorkeling off the pier cuz the "rave-party" fish are a must see, so beautiful! We also enjoyed the aquapark, really nice choice of tobogan (slides) with nicely siliconized segments (in contrast to usual problems with notches which can hurt you and scratch you). The vinicity of the sea (shoreline) and the long walk on the promenade is a big plus! The staff also organized a little birthday celebration in the main restaurant at the breakfast time for my son which was also very nice. The dinners at the a la carte restaurants (for which you get two vouchers if you stay for a week) were absolutely delicious. The cleanliness of the room is OK, but the best levels of cleanliness is definitely the pools, they are maintained every day in the morning and they look pristine.

Wonderfull Hotel, view is amazing, friendly staff and especially the guest relation miss Mary, she was the reason that we had a great stay, also I want to thank Mr Alaa the front office manager as he was so helpful and friendly.

The italian restaurant night staff attitude, unlike the whole hotel staff whom were friendly, helping, cheerful. So as there food.. I asked them to cook a medium rare steak they sent the dish will done and a little bet cold, while the quality of their food isn't really that much.

Our stay was amazing the staff was so friendly specially merry, a cheerful and welcoming person, made our stay way more comfortable than the usual hotel service you'd find anywhere; There were so many pools that you could pick from, even when the resort is fully booked you'd find a private spot, the aqua park was also fun, so as the market, and the safari activites around the hotel, and i have to say that when at first i didn't like the view of my room, it was so quick that the hotel changed our room with a better view.
