South KoreaStaff (Chriatina Majeed) mistakenly gave me a wrong key when I was checking in but she neither apologized nor did she shameful of her mistake. I was very tired and first impression about Muslim(Majeed is a Muslim name) and this country was bad. I think she’s a novice or not civilized to treat the customers from around the world in a good manner.

United KingdomRoom was checked in at 6pm as it wasn’t ready so had to wait for 2 hours to checkin! Had to ask for slippers, toiletries as tooth brushes, towels for 2 people, and hairdryer as there were none in the room on check in. We stayed at the hotel before when it first opened and it’s time for a renovation as the wear and tear is obvious.
Lovely large pools and there were water slides and games for the kids when we were there. Good variety of food and good service from the staff. The Spa and gym are good too.

JordanThey told us at the reception that there is an indoor play area open from 3-11 pm. They even gave us a brochure for the kids area. We stayed for 5 days and on all these 5 days the kids area was closed. We complained about this but the staff always acted surprised that the area is closed when it should be open from 3-11 pm. The kids swimming pool smells like urine, the color of the water was off too. We didn’t use it for hygiene purposes. We let our kids swim in the big pool instead. For food, breakfast was ok and borsalino was also not bad. But Z3tar was awful. If you are Levantine or have tried real Mediterranean cuisine don’t go there, you will be disappointed. Also don’t go there if you haven’t ever tried Mediterranean or Lebanese food so you don’t get a bad idea about the cuisine.
The rooms are so clean and comfy. The pool is big and nice and there are rescue staff available all the time. The breakfast is diverse with good delicious options.

EgyptWhile making a tour around the SPA i find out that the massage rooms wasn't cleaned after the previous guests and it's not a good idea to show the guest SPA zone in such a unsightly appearance (with used towels on the floor and unwashed dishes after wedding party). Hope, you'll take it into account.
The room was quite comfortable. Unfortunately there were no sleepers and word robe and other things that should be in a 5* hotel (dental kit and others). But still the stuff tried to solve this problem in a very kind way.

SingaporeThe location is quite far away, it takes 40-50 min to get to the centre of the city though the place and air is clean and peaceful. So, if you want also relax at the hotel and use swimming pools is a good option. If you plan to go with kids it's better to bring swimming ring with you as the hotel does not provide it or you can but it in their shop. The other thing that really surprised me is that the 5 star hotel does not initially put slippers, cotton pads and etc in the room, you need to ask the personnel for that.
The hotel is good, the personnel is polite. We were allowed to check in earlier. The breakfasts and dinners are good, however it would have been better to have more varieties in meat at dinner time, for example to add seafood.

Every detail was perfectly organized, making for a stress-free and enjoyable start to each day. However, the highlight of my stay came when I absentmindedly dropped my wallet in the lobby. Imagine my panic when I realized it was gone! But thanks to Mr. Wael's honesty and diligence, my fears were quickly quelled. He not only found my wallet but also took the initiative to track me down and personally return it to me. Such exceptional care and professionalism went above and beyond the call of duty and truly exemplified the spirit of hospitality. This experience solidified my positive impression of the Hilton Hotel. It's not just about the comfortable rooms and delicious food; it's about the people who make the difference. Mr. Wael's act of kindness turned a pleasant stay into a memorable one, showcasing the true value of excellent customer service. All the staff were great and Ms. Rowan as well (Relation Manager) was always around the lobby making sure that all is going fine. If you're looking for a hotel that offers not only comfort and convenience but also genuine care and dedication to its guests, then the Hilton Hotel is the perfect choice. And if you're lucky enough to be assisted by Mr. Wael, consider your stay an even greater privilege. Highly recommend!
