United States of AmericaAmazing location, spectacular views of the Red Sea. Staff was polite and helpful. Excellent dining choices. Buffet in the Lobby Restaurant was sumptuous. Sala Thai is a gem. Rooms are spacious and clean and have all modern amenities. Suggest adding a few USB ports in the room.

Room with sea view, waking up a stone's throw away from the beach! Great diving, great staff! Literally from Reception to Housekeeping everybody was friendly, always available, and helpful. Not to forget the children's playroom where staff is looking for children from starting from age 4. Kid's under the age of 4 need to be accompanied. However there is a heated children's pool so you can swim with your kids!

Egypt-No variety of food only one restaurant available and all others are paid even if u r on all inclusive making you get bored after your second dinner as food is almost similar each night and day. -Low employees hospitality for example: Towel center gets “out of towels” and employees even does not care if u r out of water and very cold they just say we requested some towels and i was actually shaking from cold. -Restaurant employee seemed very frustrated when we asked him to take us a photo noting that it was not any type of rush hours. -concierge kept us in golf cart while checking in for about 10 mins as he was talking on phone. -Most of the workers seems not happy with what they do no smiles no extra miles for hospitality except for Souad from the restaurant, Ayman from reception and the guard on the marina hope were pleasant and supportive.

NetherlandsThe food is so so. Many things taste the same. The best things to eat are the local dishes. Coffee is served in paper cups, and except for one machine, only instant coffee. The hotel also needs more staff.
The hotel itself is beautiful (former Hyatt Regency) albeit showing signs of wear and tear. The location on the Red Sea is stunning. The staff are friendly.

United KingdomThere were some expansion works happening as a few other building were being built and drilling started very early in the morning. I'd expect this would have been better managed to now cause any trouble to guests enjoying their holidays. Also some of the amenities like the water slide could do with better maintainance.
Great resort with everything you need. High quality rooms and facilities. The restaurant had a good variety of food which thankfully rotated by the day as you'd like to see in an all-inclusive resort.

United KingdomSince Covid the dining facilities are very limited. They need to re-open the Souk and get the Beach House Grill, and Cascades restaurant back up and running. It was a let down,and not good enough for the standard for the hotel. It was the only negative, but food is a big part of any holiday. It's the reason for a non excellent rating. This is known to the people there, and i understand it will be rectified next year.
Fantastic hotel made by the location and the brilliant staff. Our first trip here since 2010, when we came in its Hyatt branding 4 years consecutively. The club is well worth the additional fee, and we would not recommend all inclusive as there are too many restrictions. It is value for money anyway. Adam at the diving centre was the best coach, along with Tam, and Mahmoud, Belal, Ahmed, Joerge, and all the other team members were very friendly, welcoming and made us feel at home.

EgyptMy wife is diabetic we needed a cold fridge or at least one that worked. I asked four times for a fridge and never received a working one. The buffet food was the same everyday. Please refrain from the all inclusive package as you could by food for the same price eating out every night.

ItalyTip: don’t offer upgrades if they are not appropriate to the amount paid by the guests. A guy wanted to give us a suite adding an extra mattress to the living room but we paid for a single room and a double room. You cannot offer a double room instead of 2 separate room at the same price even if it’s suite and it’s better one. You should have offered 2 suites or nothing at all and stick to the reservation.
Staff at the reception is great. I don’t remember the name of the guy that checked us out but he was very kind. The beach and the pool are AMAZING.
