Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United Arab Emiratessome of the staff members were trainees and their supervisors were not following up on the quality issues they were falling into during their training. also I had a confirmation message on booking that I can do a late check out but they apologized for not being able to keep their commitment. so I had to leave early and stay in one of the malls until my ride came. in the end, this is not a big deal compared to the positive things I experienced however, this would be great if they take them into consideration.
location good value for money staff were friendly and kind breakfast is extremely nice

United States of AmericaThe view is gorgeous! The hotel is located on an island in the middle of the Nile. They transport you to the hotel via ferry. The trip is quick and the boat makes rounds every 15 minutes.

DenmarkFood was really basic - and quite a surprising bad quality: we had to stick with salads and bread/fried pizza Hotel is stuck in the 90's with facilities and garden landscapes
Charming location: on a private island - we stayed literally with the Nile at our feet for 3 days in Aswan:) It gets quiet and lovely, shielded from the loud and crazy Aswan center life - the hotel has 2 terraces to enjoy both sunrises and sunsets on the Nile/desert 24/7 food/drinks availability, great shopping at the resort, great travel agency supporting us with the trip to Abu Simbel and airport transfers - friendly staff

United States of Americathe staff could have done better to help us with certain amenities. though they had the cash to break large bills into smaller ones so we could tip staff, they told us over and over again, that they did not have the cash, even though they did, bot going to disclose how i going out, but they did. everything we asked for on their menus was no longer available, yet we found out later that they had it in stock all the time. i drank vodka without any juice because they were out of it, but the very next morning there was more than plenty of the juices i asked for for breakfast. the smile left some of their faces the minute we asked for a basic request. it made us want to leave the property i sooner than later. their tour guide they referred me to for a ride to Philae temple tried to make me believe that the temple did not open during ramadan until 8am, it opened at 7am, plus he tried yo make me believe his math on currency conversion was correct when it was not. needless to say, i paid way more than I should have for a simple ride to the temple. there were other things that kind of annoyed me, trying to get a cup of coffee was such a hassle that i finally stopped asking. alcohol service was a joke. they had all kinds of choices on the menu but they were out of all of them except the egyptian brands and even then were charging $10 USd per shot and only pouring a third of a shot. bring your own amenities if you plan to stay here and eat out in town for a better experience. but again, my main priorities were met comfortable bed good shower clean facilities so worth the price over all.
the island was beautiful and tranquil. the boat rides were enjoyable to and from property. the bed was comfortable, the shower was good. those are my main priorities!!! the breakfast was good, served it purpose.

United States of AmericaNothing.
I was a little shocked to learn our hotel was on an actual island. I loved the little boat ride to get there. The hotel was exceptional. Clean. Great breakfast. Nicer than I would have imagined especially for the price. I wish we stayed longer and I would definitely recommend it to anyone going to Aswan.

United Arab EmiratesThe staff could guide the guests going to breakfast to a good table for them as sometimes big tables are occupied by 1 or 2 people, while families or bigger groups are left with only the smaller tables.
The staff were very friendly and the view of the River Nile was exceptional. One thing that we liked during our stay were the orange trees that can be found everywhere around the hotel.

EgyptThe bathroom in our room was outdated and in need of renovation.
Pyramisa is on an island and this makes the location enchanting to take the boat they provide to go back and forth to get to land. The hotel itself is beautiful and the reception area is especially nice. The breakfast buffet was large and clean with something for everyone. Our balcony overlooking the Nile was lovely.

We got a room were the door lock was brocken, the second room had bathroom with lot of dysfunction Thanks to the FRONT OFFICE MANAGER Mr. MOUNIR who arrange the get us a nice and functional room !! Take care, some rooms are renovated and nice, especially on the west side (garden view) and some not and in a very bad shape.
Very nice and quiet location on Island No cars because you need to access by NIL boat passing the famous Elephantine two time a day minimum. Very nice Terrasse for breakfast with view to west side and second Nil arm. But you need to fetch the breakfast stuff inside the main indoor breakfast room.
