I can say maybe the food was not up to the level of the hotel there is a room for improvement.

Everything was great especially when they gave me a birthday surprise in my room and a cake for me and the family I was really touched by this gesture, the stuff was very friendly especially Mohammed and Hossam in the front desk were very helpful and kind.

It's one of my best stay till date... no comments everything is amazing... 5* services...we thanks so mouch for mrs. Youanna Eshak in reciptian office .. with amazing food in all the available restaurants...I would love to visit again to Steigenberger Aqua Magic Red Sea was wonderful in the month of July....

I had higher expectations for food overall. Hot drinks are not the best. I asked to raise the temperature of the pool as the water was cold but it didn't happen.

Many food varieties. Cold drinks are good. The vibes in the lobby are great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The aqua is very good.

We had a wonderful stay at Steigenberger Aqua magic hotel. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! A huge thanks to Mr.Ibrahim who assisted us whenever we needed him. A special thanks to Mr.Shady the man behind the scene who manages every small detail in this hotel and who was keen to make us feel like home and surprised us with tons of things. The hotel is one of the best hotels in Hurghada ,where we spent a special holiday. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. Too many different types of restaurants to enjoy different types of cuisines😋 An amazing roof top bar with a breathtaking view🏜️ We enjoyed a lot the aqua park🛝and the lazy river🦦 We can not forget the beach 🏖️🌊where you can have your shaded private sunbeds and many snacks and drinks to select from after you enjoy the water sports🏄🏻‍♂️ You can even leave your kids in the kids club with multi language staff, and they will take care of them if you wanna have a break for yourself🕺🏻💃🏻 During our stay the hotel surprised us by organizing a birthday to our little son, which we loved it a lot, I think our son will never forget this birthday🎂 Thank you! Will definetly come back again 😊

Almost nothing, maybe that I needed another holiday on top of mine to enjoy everything in the hotel.

I didn't like the blue carpets that locates besides pools and aqua park, it's actually so painful when you walking on it , like needs to put something better than these quality, as I was not the only person who's suffering lol 😆,also Moskitos are very annoying like I recommend at least make kinda strong spray around the Hotel , try to find solution to kills insects because effects on the customers negatively. Last thing I recommend to play all time tropical musics remix in the pool areas , and the rest were all perfect ❤️

Don't go for the economy room without view. Go supreme or above for an enjoyable stay. Supreme, Deluxe, Suites are worth the extra.

Amazing Hotel. So clean and beautiful. Amazing Staff who are very helpful. Korolos who was one of the managers went over and above to help and guide and make our stay very comfortable. Could not ask for more. Lovely people from the baggage handlers to cleaning staff to the staff on reception. Food was world class. Especially in the bookable restaurants. Sky restaurant and Orient were amazing. Opt for a Supreme room or above. We had a Junior suite and a Supreme room. The junior suite was amazing, and the supreme room was great too and had a great pool view.

The room was hard to reach, entertainment is very minimal (they only do a show for 2 hrs at night … and there’s nothing the rest of the day)…..so if u r a solo traveller like me… u will be super bored !
