Breakfast was great, really very good, the location was center next to Las Ramblas, the staff was super friendly and helpful with all of our request and we had a great time in Barcelona thanks to their recommendations. We will come back you need more than 2 days to see Barcelona!

Breakfast didn’t cater for me, I’m allergic to pork and didn’t see a good variety of meat like beef or chicken or fish.And sometimes the eggs looked like powdered eggs, they tasted funny.

I liked everything. Very good hotel.

Excellent, refurbished hotel in l'Eixample neighbourhood. The room was much bigger than most of the rooms in other hotels in Barcelona where I stayed before. The staff is excellent, the breakfast was very nice and there is even a small swimming pool at the rooftop. Very nice experience!

The one from the machine was not eally a cappuccino, eve fo non Italian standards. Price was quite high.

The building needs major renovation. The rooms are so basic they feel almost hospital-like, and there was a strong sewage smell at the entrance, which was quite unpleasant.

We were back from the south of Spain and wanted to use our last day before traveling to do some shopping in the city. The location is excellent, central to everything we needed, and the staff were welcoming and friendly.

Walls were very thin and we could often hear what was going on in the room next door.. Air conditioning is fine but could be stronger

Would have been nice if there were some weights in the small gym (only a treadmill etc provided).

Staff were so lovely and accommodating. The hotel itself was so quiet and serene and the room was simple and clean. The en-suite came with loads of needed things (shaving kit, toothbrush kit, hairdryer etc). The shower was massive and the water pressure was 10/10. Cleaning service was great and came everyday. The metro is only a 5 minute walk away and the hotel was easy to access by bus, metro and taxi. The rooftop pool was so lovely to have and there were always towels provided.

Lobby too small, so is the cafeteria. Walls too thin, you could barely hear everything and showered can be better maintained.

No bar at all in the hotel. Roof terrace is small, not proper sun loungers, not as comfortable. There were only 6 chairs. Mugs and glasses in room not replaced. Tea and coffee not refilled. Only one lift up to pool, it is small, takes a long time to come and often cleaners will be in it so unable to get in. No toilets in the pool area. Gym was small but we did not use this.

Good location, clean, good price. Pool a decent size and nice and clean, bed comfortable, showers fine, modern feel to room. WiFi was strong. Pastries left out in reception after breakfast under a cover so you can take these without charge, reducing waste. Pleasant staff. Close to good transport links, not far from busses, metro and tram stations.

This is NOT a four staff hotel. Room was basic. Fridge half broken, shower half broken, 1 toilet roll, lighting was horrendous.

Reception staff were friendly. About 3 blocks from Passeig de GRÀCIA.
