The place and our experience were great! The staff is very friendly and helpful (Alvaro and Teresa in our case). The space we had was huge, new and fresh, comfortable and exceeded all the expectations! Location was great as our goal was to go to Oceanographic, it is a short walking distance. Breakfast was also delicious and I would surely come back and also, highly recommend!

Apartment is not sound-proof, especially if neighbors are very loud late in the evening - hear everything, felt like they sit on your bed. Shower is not vertically adjustable.

The best check-in experience ever, thank you Teresa. Tiny buy cozy underground parking. Breakfast was delicious, despite a way you order the food for the 1st time. 2 bedroom apartment was spacious enough. Proximity the shops, mall and The City of Arts and Sciences.

It would have been nice to have the coffee pods available for the guests to take without the need to ask for them before every morning. The walls are quite thin, so you can hear noise from the neighbours.

Very well-equipped apartment and the kitchen had all it needed. The apartment was spotless. The guys at the reception were very welcoming and helped us with all the information we needed and with coffee pods. The provided coffee was easy to make and good. The beds and pillows were comfortable and helped us have a good sleep.

We had a great stay at Valenciaflats Ciudad de las Ciencias! The location is perfect - within easy walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets and major attractions like the City of Arts, Oceanographic and the exceptional park that was a great place to take a stroll or just hang out. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a smooth stay. The reception team was incredibly helpful and welcoming, making the experience even better. One item to note, we arrived by car and figuring out how to access the parking was tricky (its to the rear of the building in the courtyard - its best to park on either side of the building and run in and have reception explain how to access it). Highly recommend for anyone looking to explore Valencia on foot! *We also took a taxi to the Cathedral (about 8 euros each way)..highly recommend the guided tour and grab a bite to eat at one of the many restaurants in/around the plaza!

It was an amazing location, good public transport, many sights are walking distance. The breakfast was absolutely worth it and it's really convenient to have the restaurant downstairs. The rooms were clean and the staff was really helpful with everything we asked

The comfort of the place was hit by two things - one room was a bit too short to fit the bed and allow for an easy path to the other side of the bed and the toilet was in the bathroom.

A very conveniently located place to stay when visiting Valencia. Traveling as a family we got a great value and comfort out of our visit with the spacious clean apartment giving us the privacy of separate rooms for the parents and the children.

We only got told that once we reached the hotel that the rooms facing away from the boulevard are in a "different price category" and cannot get one - had a boulevard facing one that was really loud not only because of the traffic noise that had no issue going through the really poor quality windows but also because of the people living on the same floor that had little parties on every single night for the week we were there and made it almost impossible to get some rest for the majority of the night. I imagine it's somewhat normal for a place like this but if you want to use the place as it's ment to and actually rest or if you are a family with kids, I would 100% recommed to look for a different place - but that is just a personal oppinion. Breakfast was not exactly what you would expect for from a location like this, specially if you've got a little picky eater with you. Other then that, quite a nice hotel and handy location.

Perfect location for reaching out various touristic atractions. Great staff, place nice and tidy.
