Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

RomaniaYou have to go offroad to reach the property. That is not allowed for rental cars. It’s a farm. Even if there was no human noise, there were animal noises. I don’t think we ever slept well. From the noise or heat, as they don’t have AC. At our request, they gave us a fan on day 6. But the bed and pillows weren’t very comfortable either. The breakfast was literally rationed. But put all together, so it was sort of our responsibility to take little and leave some for the other guests. I love that they try to go 0 waste, but it was really weird and sometimes uncomfortable. Also, they should put water for people, you always have to ask for something more (like more orange juice, 3 eggs instead of 1/2 and stuff like that), but water should be given automatically. Some people were very nice, while others seemed to not care about guests. And most speak little English. Luckily, we studied some Spanish before coming and we managed 😅 While the bed and towels were made every day, they were only changed at our request which was after 5 days, cause after beach and sweat, they had a certain smell. At our request, we were asked if “all?”, yes, all😅 again, I appreciate the care for the environment but it was a little exaggerated. Also, the floors weren’t swept daily and after going to the beach, sometimes there was a lot of sand in our room. Also, don’t ever ever leave any food in your room, or it will get swarmed with ants. Additionally, we had a salamander one day, as the doors are old (and nice) and don’t close well. In addition, we had the smallest bar of soap we had ever seen and had to be very careful when washing our hands to ration it as we stayed for 9 days and were never brought another one. Shower gel also wasn’t much but we managed. Another minus was the fact that most of the time we couldn’t find any personnel; baby birds were falling from their nests daily, and when we found the first one and wanted to ask for help, we didn’t find anyone for 2 hours.
The property is very beautiful and quiet, being away from the street. Just like in the photos The breakfast was very tasty and fresh. Homemade dessert every day. Some people were very nice. The place was clean, and the room was clean upon arrival. Gave us beach towels, at request Loved the farm’s dog 🐶

Czech RepublicOne night, when there was a storm the neighbor's rooster started his rutine at 5 am. :D Pack your earplugs if you are light sleeper as I am. Haha
I love it all. The place - Close to Palma, but away from other tons of turrists, night life, loud music etc. etc. It was just so quiet and peacefull. Its not exactly in the middle of the island, but still a good starting place for your trips. - You can go North to Porto Soller and other north cities, (avoid Cala de Deia - nasty and smelly beach) North to Es Trenc and Cala Figuera and Cala Mondrago, west to Palma and island Dragonera, but most important East to caves Arta - under the caves, you fing the most beautiful beach with the best spot to watch fish under the sea in total skyblue water! Dont be afraid of rocks, bcs the fish are feeding on them, and there are hundreds of them! (dont forget your diving goggles) Then dont forget to visit Cala Rajada - best italian pizza in the center of Rajada and best frozen Yaa yogurt in the island. (trust me and go there!) Breakfast - oh my goodness, they were so good! Homemade yogurt, cheese, eggs, lemonade. I could ask for everything, Fruit, vegetable, cheese, ham, coffee, tea etc. etc. I don't know how many rooms are there in total, but in the whole stay, we met like 8 other people who was there with us? So basically, pool is always free to use and no one will bother you. Cleaning lady is really nice and she keeps the whole place looking fantastic. Special thanks goes to the most nicest and beautiful women, who run this place. Seriously thank you for everything. Vojta and Benjamin

DenmarkFriendliest most welcoming staff ever and a very homey feel. Delicious breakfast made from locally grown fruits etc . Good location for exploring the Island by car as it’s pretty much in the middle of it all.

GermanyAt first we had a good experience: nice staff, nice breakfast. Water pressure btw was the shittiest I‘ve ever seen in a hotel. What you see on this picture is their price tag for coffee. Yes, they want 2€ for every coffee you make from their tiny coffee machine that uses Nescafé pods. At the very first day we asked if we can just buy our own pods from the supermarket, Victoria said no problem. Ok, so then we bought coffee pods, our own milk, our own ice cubes and even the water for the machine. We did our coffee, everything was fine. Until that one day where I just woke up to make coffee in the morning, where Victoria and her sister accused me that I stealed her pods, that it wasn’t okay, bla bla. She basically made stuff up like „ oh, yeah not only the pods, you using also our glasses“… girl, every guest used glasses for different kind of things: wine, water, etc. Overall A LOT of drama about nothing, just wild accusations. Kinda destroyed our mood in the last days coming back to this place. Very not cool! They blame the customers for problems that they are responsible for. A lot of deflection and pettiness. Sadly.
