No one told us that we should announce the arrival time and we arrived at the approved check in time and found the door closed. We called the phone and were told to wait a few minutes. After waiting in the sun on the street, for more than 20 minutes, we called again and another person answered and told us where the key was and that someone would come in the next hour. We were in the room for over two hours and when we went out into the city, I started getting messages telling me to send the invoice number or our accommodation will be cancelled. My bank account was being checked and in the end I received a notification that the accommodation was charged from my account even though we had money prepared. And also I received message that the accommodation was cancelled, which upset me. At the end, we spent a night in this room but it was very unprofesional.

The rooms are very nicely decorated and comfortable, but we had an unpleasant reception.

It was not easy to get in touch with the staff to get in as they don’t have a reception nor they reside in the property. We had to wait with our bags outside.

It was located in a quiet yet central area, where you could get to the center by a short walk. Spacious room and a lovely terrace.

Our suite was in need of redecoration and the floor a little dusty. Some chairs on the outside terrace would be nice.

The place is full of beautiful style and colour. Clean bathroom, clean beds and a helpful woman to greet us.

No breakfast available. Room had 2 single beds rather than a double bed. Sheets and towels were stained. Cracked and loose tile on the floor.

Fantastic location, although we were lucky to find a parking spot just outside. Room is spacious, with high ceilings, very old style. Charming character.

Small double bed (if you stay with a toddler, just forget it) with smelly pillows. Cannot ask for the new one because no staff stand by. Staff cannot speak English, so you need to speak Spanish. Room heater is not working. No toiletries only towel.

Spacious room with antique interior.. Free car park if you lucky can park on the street, otherwise you need to find paid parking areas. Self check-in. Quiet neighborhood.

The bed was not comfortable. The mattress was pretty old. The wifi connection was not great in the room.We had to go in the hallway to get a connection and sometimes the connection cut out.

I loved the decor - the art, the old building, the larger rooms, the big bathroom- the bathtub. The location was great. The one staff member we met was very friendly and kind.

The bed is pretty hard.

NO IKEA!! So nice to finally stay at a property that is not kitted out with everything Ikea or some other standardised, boring stuff. A lot of effort and love has gone into this place.

the receptionist got lat, and was not the brightness. The posnet was not working so I have to pay in cash. The sheets were with some dirt. Is not a place to recommend to stay, maybe there is something for the same price around

The room was very cold, I called the emergency number, and the woman lied to me straight to the face, she said it will be warmer later, but it remained freezing the entire night. There is no heating, if you are planning to stay in winter. There was very little light, the room had an unsafe door outwards. I thought many times of leaving during the night. It is definitely not worth its value and very disappointing. It is the worst place I've stayed at.

The matress was horrendous, the heating didn't work and we freeze for the whole night. The maintenance of the place is precarious.

The location is great to visit Cáceres.

Just a little disappointing was that we didn't know until we arrived that we needed to pay cash because their 'dataphone' wasn't working. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time. Having said that, the value was fantastic at 39€ for the night. Our stay was in late September 2021.

Fabulous property in Cáceres! The decor of the property is delightful, and the room was very spacious as well as the bathroom. It was only up one flight of stairs, so it was easy to access. The location is fantastic, only a 5 minute walk or so to the Plaza Mayor and the medieval city. Terrific!

Our room was on the ground floor right next to the front door, so slightly noisy. Also, had to wait outside to be able to check in, and telephone the place, but didn't wait for too long. The girl that came along was sweet.

Palatial is the right word! The place was beautiful and felt luxurious for the price, in a historic old building with bronze lions at the bottom of the stairs, and lovely decor. It felt like a boutique hotel, clean and comfy and in a very central area.
