lovely sunny apartment close to the pool and the beach with a very comfortable bed and lovely ensuite. The kitchen is very well-equipped and the complex has good tennis and padel courts which you can use for free. There is also a gym and sauna.

The matress in the master bedroom was really soft and the sofa in the living room was not comfy, but we were spending most of the time outside anyway :)

The resort is really pretty and we were there in October, so it was really quiet. Pools were still opened and we had them for ourselves. Igor was giving us tips about how to enjoy Estepona. It was really nice stay. There were toys for kids as well as other equipment you might need when travelling with kids.

Water pools are not heated as everywhere in Spain. All in all everything was very nice.

Huge luxurious apartment with so much equipment and most importantly children's toys! Nearby parking, cosy terrace, water pools, so close to the sea! Perfect place for families :)

Beautiful apartment with nice kitchen to work in. Comfortable bed, large showers, lots of space. Host was quick to respond. Great access to the 25km boardwalk.

Absolutely beautiful area! Right next to the beach. Good location near to Estepona. Lovely apartment, there is sun all day at the terrace. Near to the pool. A lot of toys for kids. Friendly host.

Nothing really. The spare room is very much designed for young kids but that’s not really a problem. Also sun lounges on the patio would be good!

This was our 3rd stay in this apartment. The location is great. The apartment is comfortable, clean and in a great position close to the pools and beach. The owners communicate really well. It’s a very relaxing place to stay. We love it!

The property is located in a safe secure gated complex with full amenities available. It is perfect for couples or a family just to relax and enjoy the sunshine with a 15 min walk to Estepona along the beach promenade. We loved our stay and would not hesitate to return.

The only points of improvement are having kids bowls /plates and the tv was in a weird place.

This was an exceptional family friendly home. We couldn't believe how well-equipped the kids play area and bedroom were. Swimming in the heated pool in winter with our toddler was fantastic! It was a great place to spend our Christmas.

hard to find any faults. excellent property.

development very well maintained. security gate 24 hours presence. beach side with 22Km of walking / promenade for plenty of exercise. lovely pools. accessible to Old Town Estepona which is a ‘must’ for lovely restaurants and bars / chiranguitas and always beach side. gardens on complex stunning.

During most of the days there was a bad sewer smell on the terrace and we could not sit outside. We notified the host several times who talked to maintenance people at the resort, but the problem was not solved. The communication in English with our Russian host was difficult at times maybe because of the language barriers. We felt she did not take our complaints seriously since she never checked with us whether it was solved. By talking to the working people myself I found out it was probably caused by the apartment next door where the kitchen was being renovated, also one day causing so much noise by continuous drilling that we had to flee the apartment. These issues really spoiled our stay. Without these problems I would have given the apartment an 8.

The location, close to the sea and walkway, is perfect. The facilities at the resort are nice with a gym, sauna and tennis/padel courts. The apartment is spacious, the kitchen well equipped and the bed is comfortable.
