A bit strict rules, stuff could be a bit more friendly, great variety of food for breakfast but the quality of the food not the best, and no opportunity to make myself coffee in the room

The compact size of the room, means you can hear your neighbours. Our neighbours where loud and noisey.

The entrance of the hotel is beautiful white setting. Very spacious. We arrived late in the night so looking out across you could see the darkness of the sea with lights reflecting from it. Very beautiful. Checkin was quick and easy. We entered to our room, very nice and clean, compact but clean.

Walls are abit thin so we could hear music and people in the hallway but we are in Ibiza so youre not really there to get a good nights sleep :) .

We stayed with All inclusive boarding. Food at all meal times exceeded our expectations. Bar staff were very friendly and happy to help. Receptions and events staff were excellent in helping when needed. Great Pool and plenty of sunbeds for everyone.

it is nothing related to the hotel itself. the crowd is massive and if you’re in a family trip (not going to the parties) you will face some noise issues.

location is very nice. with a lot of shops, restaurants, and markets. the hotel is in front of the beach, so you won’t miss anything here. the breakfast is amazing and worth for the money. it is close to the airport, it takes advantage if you need to go fast to get a plane

My only real complaint on this stay is that I requested the quietest room they could give me, preferably a high floor. Instead they gave me a third floor room right beside the elevator door and lobby. Needless to say there couldn't have been a noisier room with people falling out of the lifts screaming and shouting in the lobby all night for a week.

For a 4 ⭐️, the hotel should have shampoo and conditioner. The bed for the beach should be included for the guest that stay in the hotel and renting for extra guest.

It would be nice to have a coffee/tea machine available at the room, which was not provided unfortunately.

The beds are not very comfortable. Our room had twin beds which would easily move and make noise. We were not allowed to bring our own drinks if we sit in the lobby or next to swimming pool

The hotel was in perfect location, very vibrant and lively. There's plenty of food options right outside the hotel. It's very well maintained, super clean and we enjoyed playing pool which was kept in the lobby. Rooms are very clean and the staff is very friendly, they even helped us with booking some activities and gave free tickets for night parties.

It was very noisy, the walls are paper thin and it definitely needs some door closers. they slam and wake you every hour!

The communal areas were Lovely and the location excellent for getting around. Breakfast was really good too.

Distinctive unpleasant smell in the bathroom, and no tea or coffee making facilities in bedroom.

Location right on the beach was amazing. Reception and pool bars were great too. View from bedroom was superb too We also upgraded at hotel from B&B to all inclusive 🙂

-Our bathrooms' bathtub was a little bit old, mouldy and some of the tiles were missing in parts. -little bit slow communication through the booking's messaging system, they responded my message while i was already in the hotel which was about room request and other questions

Location of the hotel is amazing, right on the beach with an amazing view from our balcony. Beautiful and huge variety of buffet breakfast. The staff was exceptionally helpful, kind and smiley. They changed our towels and cleaned everyday our rooms which is extremely good. Great facilities even at night, i loved the flipper machines :)
