The location was outstanding, our room was split level got a free upgrade, very nice, the reception area was dark and tired, needed an upgrade,
Hi Guys, The Breakfast was very good, but the Dinner was not great a lot of Pork which we don't eat, Chicken wings which were over cooked and looked terrible, Tuna fish which we don't like, overall not great.

I’d have liked a non slip shower mat in the bath & the shower water was hard to regulate - too hot or too cold!
Spacious room, comfy beds & nice view of the sea. Good lounge area & dining room - with a very nice breakfast!

Two points can be improved: - it would be a good idea to heat the roof top pool - some guests can be noisy in the hallways at night (it is Torremolinos of course...): hotel should do more efforts to incite people to be quiet at night (e.g. signs in the hallways, at reception...)
Everything was close to perfect, just like I remembered it from my previous stays, and to some extend even better! Location, room facilities, food, roof top terrace, personnel: best kept secret in Torremolinos! I will be back.

as said food could be better need more staff to cope with guests at busy times. entertainment in the evening wasn’t to our liking.
very nice superior junior suit room requested a balcony that it the sun most of the day and this request was granted. room cleaned every day to a high standard was nice having a coffee maker in the room. comfortable beds fantastic location, very close to the beach, bars and restaurants. fantastic roof top pool, unfortunately from the day we arrived ist November hot tub was not available for the winter season also they turn off the air on in your room. We had half board basics, food was good, but not as good as other 4 star hotels we’ve stayed in before. liked the fact you can have your eggs cooked fresh. quite good choice, but fruit drinks out of the machine were awful. evening meal, some nights were better than others. a lot of pork dishes every night, we don’t eat pork so sometimes was hard to find another suitable meat dish. also every night there was fish dishes, some were nice, other times, not so nice. it did seem there was a lack of staffing in the dining room. plates not getting taking away very quick it tables not set up again very quick when other guests left the table. one night there wasn’t any tables available in the dining room, they were asking you to sit outside, but was too cold to, if you didn’t take a table outside you had to wait in line for a table inside.

While the hotel and all its facilities were spotless, the infrastructure might benefit from a limited programme of rejuvenation. Not a cause for concern but would make brilliant even better
The food was terrific. Great selection at both breakfast and evening meal. Loved the range and flavours. Only criticism is that the range of deserts was impossible to resist.

The hotel is beginning to look a little tired in places but still good. We felt the rooms lacked something. Maybe more pics on walls and some cushions and maybe a coffee table would make it feel more homely. Tea and Coffee facilities would be good . Toilets in reception area had a problem in that the toilet roll dispensing machines did not work so I had to use my own tissues
The location was excellent and the staff fantastic. Check in was easy and staff very informative. The rooms were good although could have had a little more home comforts. Parking was easy and inexpensive

The breakfast is a little basic and ok, miss out on being excellent on the back of this for me.

The room very good but could do with a little more sparkle. Some odd worn paint work.
Good breakfast and evening meals. Location very good for local facilities and beach. Top swimming pool and bar very nice. The hotel very clean. Room cleaned and well looked after every day.

I actually can't say I didn't like anything
Had a fantastic stay at Aluasun lago Rojo, All staff were very friendly and ever soo helpful, Room was in emmaucalte condition, I couldn't fault anything whatso ever, Just wish I found it sooner, as have been coming to Torremolinos for a number of years and have stayed in many hotels but Aluasun lago Rojo is def Number 1 for me.
