The only negative, and this is the reason for an 8 rating is the mattress. It was uncomfortable. The mattress sagged when you lie on each side. It is obvious that has lost its firmness.

I liked everything about the apartment, except for the bed. The apartment is well maintained and equipped.

We were in Malaga for a short break. Location was central and neighbourhood quiet. The apartment was comfortable and clean. The host offers nice gesture, laundry and locker facility. Instructions of getting into the apartment very clear. We had a query and Mario, the host, responded immediately and very helpful.

The apartment was very clean and had everything needed for a slightly longer stay. The host was friendly and responded quickly to messages. The apartment is very close to the stadium, so if you have a rental car and there's a match that day—forget about finding parking! 😄 It's also within a reasonable walking distance from the city center.

Extremely nice place, 10 minutes from the center in a very quiet place. Comfortable bed and pillows, the building has an elevator, the TV is smart, new generation. The host is also great!

Everything - easy access & fast lift, great location close to old city & monuments, large room, very clean, well equipped kitchenette, easy to use laundry, functioning air-conditioner. I think it was a quiet location. Parking station not affiliated with the property was close with valet service any time of day or night @ 15 euro per day for multi day stay. We stayed 4 nights and it was one of the best value we had during our month in Spain

This is probably the best booking I ever had. Everything was exactly as on the photos, the apartment is fully equipped. Even though the center of Malaga is 10 minutes walk, the street is quiet, I slept like a baby. The building is exceptionally clean and the host explained everything in detail. The possibility to use washing machine is excellent! I absolutely recommend this place!

Great apartament, everything looks new and very clean, great bathroom and shower also. The host is very nice and gives you all the instructions you need in advance. The location is good, only 5-7 minutes from center. Another advantage is that you can leave your luggage in boxes on the ground floor if you need to.

Can hear the cooking fan when the neighbours are cooking as the ducting is shared. People really not cook in theses accommodations so I don’t see this is a big problem .

Lift, clothesline, washing machine, shampoo’s well stocked Kitchen, towels were great comfortable bed air conditioning. never met the owner but the cleaning lady was friendly chat with. Malaga was a great place to visit. The train station was 1.2km away and maybe 10 minutes out from the Centre town.

The location is really cool. The bulding is clean, so is the apartament. The bathroom is very clean. The accomodation was very easy. The room is equipped above the average (everything in the description was on place: operational, clean and easy to find). The balcony is an additional asset. We got easy instruction how to enter the room with a code and how to use the keys. The locker is avalaible even before and after the stay for a reasonable time. The host speaks English well.

I loved everything. The apartment is big enough, has a super comfy bed, nice bathroom with a big shower, the kitchen has everything you need and it's just 3 minutes walking from a bus station and more or less 10 minutes walking from the Cathedral. Everything was very clean. The owner was really nice and seemed super helpful in case I needed anything. The self check in and out is really easy to do, they send all the infos by message. It's in a really quiet area and you have plenty of supermarkets and shops around. Highly recommended!

First thing that caught our eye was how fresh and new the apartment was. Furniture is new, the whole facility smells good, the flat has everything you need (cutlery, frying pan, warm blanket, coffee and tea). There is also a washing machine on the terrace , with a good view. It takes a few minutes to get to the city centre. A huge advantage is that the apartment is located on a very quiet street, so we had uninterrupted sleep. And of course, Mario, the owner, is very nice. Before our arrival, he explained in detail how to get to the apartment, with a video instruction, and was always available on WhatsApp if anything is needed. Thank you!

Great location close to the center, incredibly easy check-in even late at night, comfortable bed (which is very important to me), and a very nice and helpful owner. I highly recommend it, and we will definitely come back.
