The settee was old & very uncomfortable & could do with a up date. Also no sun beds available around pool or available in apartment.

Didn't like that there were no sun loungers at the pool area. Also boys weren't allowed to play with the football in the pool or on the tennis court so we spent our days at the beach.

Close enough to my preferred Levante location. Quiet apartment with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Office nearby and phone number to easily contact someone if you need anything during your stay.

The only fault we had we did not see a cleaner for the whole 8 days we were there so had to dispose of our own rubbish each day just as well we brought towels with us apart from that could not fault anything

The opening time of the pool and garden could be a bit longer or could open earlier. But otherwise everything was great really

Self catering so no breakfast, I'm sure the beds had memory foam mattress and they were the most comfortable I have slept on in a long time

No sun beds round the pool was very disappointing as my friend and I are both elderly and had to go to the beach to lie in the sun, prefer poolside sunbathing, The owners may want to consider having sun loungers in the apartment for holiday makers to use round the pool

Spacious apartment, had a few problems with getting the cooker to work, instructions would help

There are no sunbeds around the pool area, although there are places to lie/sit and areas with canopies to situate yourself under Air conditioning was only in the living area, so the bedroom was quite hot on an evening. We just left all the internal doors in the apartment open and ensured all the curtains etc were closed to stop the sun shining through It wasnt a major issue.

Apartments are in a great location close to everything, quite central Had 3 swimming pools shared between the two blocks of apartment Apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay

The location was excellent..The Apartment was very safe and secure ,almost like home away from home .Would definitely book again. We were on the 7th floor overlooking the pool.

the pool area as no sun beds for during the day or anywhere to get a drink also my daughter had very bad sunburn from the previous day and wanted to have a swim to cool it down but didn’t want to get even more burnt so she wore a teeshirt and was told it was for me them halfway in was shouted at to stop by an older male when we explained he didn’t seem at all to care and told her she was not allowed and to get out not very understanding at all

Thats hard!! I didnt like having two separate beds or having to walk to the main reception any problems as the phone didnt work but it wasnt the end of the world

The view was great and the pool was superb and chatting to people, there was no issues there was no outside noise or wild parties within the complex.

The only thing was no sunbeds around the pool, no complaints about anything else, we were a group of 12 and everyone was happy.

Everything was great, communication with the company/reception staff was very good, plenty of clear instructions, we had a late arrival and the office was a 2 minute walk away with the keys in a lock box. Early checkout but we paid a little bit extra to keep one apartment (we had three apartments in one block) so, we could leave all bags and get changed before our late pick up for the airport.
