While the hill up to apartments was steep it was easy enough to climb if you are fit and able bodied. We found it ok once you took your time climbing it. It was quite slippy going downhill when it was wet after rain.

We booked the room for the same day and only stayed for one night, it did feel like the room was just thrown together.

Nestled at the bottom of an unforgiving hill, our room offered easy access to the bustling main strip and the shimmering beach. Although the room appeared basic and somewhat neglected, the shower was a delightful surprise, offering a truly refreshing experience. The invigorating water cascaded down in a soothing manner, washing away all our concerns and leaving us feeling rejuvenated.

Definitely needed more than one pillow on the bed, and although there was plenty of wardrobe & shelf space, we were only given four clothes hangers. The bathroom cleanliness could have been improved, there were some hairs on the floor & walls upon arrival. Grouting is brown & needs redoing. The towels were so thin they didn't dry us at all! Take your own. We also had to go out and buy hand soap, sponge & washing up liquid. These were only very minor issues though, and wouldn't stop us staying again. I would only book the apartment with sea view however, as the other balconies looked straight into other apartments!

Amazing location just off the main strip in Puerto Del Carmen. We booked a sea view apartment and it was absolutely worth it. Beautiful view from the balcony. Very spacious, airy & bright apartment, nice furniture, lots of storage space and zero clutter. Comfortable bed. Shower was really nice & strong, no issues with temperature. We visited the pool bar for a light snack, it was very tasty and the staff were friendly. Lots of sun beds for sunbathing, was very glad to read the note in our room saying that reserving sun beds was not allowed! Lady on reception was so friendly & helpful, she even helped me with my Spanish. She also called our airport taxi for us when we left.

The pool was out of order for 1 and a half days of our 4 day stay. I had been told that it may be unavailable for a few hours but it was for a day and a half. Also, the noise from the men fixing the tiling around the pool was very loud outside our room, starting early in the morning. We were placed in a wheelchair accessible apartment, which was fine but the shower in the bathroom was set very low on the wall. I am 5ft 10 and had to hold the shower head over me to have a shower. Maybe another fixing on the wall higher up also, would be helpful.

The apartment was clean and spacious enough for 3 people to be comfortable. The staff were very friendly too. Having thr little pool bar was also really nice.

Room a bit dated and they are in the process of renovating one block at a time. No Aircon in our room, however in February this was not a problem as its cool at night but this may be an issues in the summer months. Only one pillow on each bed in the rooms and I like two, however if I asked I'm sure they would supply extra. The maid seemed to be a bit pushed to get round so visited our room at 5pm on one day and we felt this was a bit late as we were back in our room looking to have a short sleep before an evening out. The hob is low powered and I struggled to boil my eggs on the day we did not go out for breakfast, so eat out. The complex is set on a very steep hill and there are many steps in the complex so if you have mobility issues you may wish to look at a flatter complex.

We have stayed in some exceptional 5* hotels in Dubai and you have got to review the complex relative the the price you pay, so this in not in that class however it was an exceptional place to stay for a short break in the lower price band. The reception was just off the road and the taxi from the airport dropped us right outside... Check-in was quick and easy. The complex and rooms are very clean and staff were superb and very friendly.. Cleaning of rooms is every other day. Pool was heated and we used it every day.. There is a hob, microwave and fridge in the room.. The fridge is a full size undercounter and is great for keeping drinks cold. The pool bar does hot and cold food made to order and all the normal drinks, we visited this daily for lunch. View rooms and a lovely sea or pool view and we would recommend spending the extra if like us you like to sit out on the balcony. Never had a issues getting sunbeds and the view from the sundeck is amazing. The true gauge of our stary is 'would we stay here again' defiantly as we loved it!!

I’m glad we had a Sea view. Otherwise you’re looking into the apartment in front of you. On the other hand, our bedroom had to have curtains pulled or the room behind could see straight in.

The apartments are a bit dated. There is no blind on the bathroom window and there are very few sockets/plug points. Tip is to bring an extension lead.

Location is excellent. The hill is steep but not too far up !! The staff were very friendly. The apartments are clean and beds were comfortable. A lovely pool bar with good food and a great roof top solarium with great views.

Fridge was missing a shelf on the door which made storing tall bottles a problem. Towels were really thin & definitely need replacing . Pillows were very flat & possibly need to be changed also.

Lovely spacious room with great sea view. Good location...central Cleaners were very thorough & also v pleasant. We had a small issue with our bathroom door handle which was dealt with straightaway -by a nice guy also. Beds comfy apart from pillows - see below!

Noisy Very worn room - needs regrouting in bathroom and extractor fan No typical Spanish restaurants nearby - we drove to the other towns for food Bathroom towels far too small for bodies, they were more like face towels. I'm English - the town is not authentic, food quality is poor and more expensive compared to places like Playa Honda.

Apartments are adequate but basic. Would be great if some basics like washing up liquid or shampoo etc were supplied. Pool/ sea view was facing directly into onsite cafe. Paid extra for this.

Rooms on lower floors have no views. Felt closed in. Also bottle banks and bins ect very close and noisy being situated near lower floor apartments.

Fantastic location, near great bars and restaurants. Staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make you feel welcome. The ladies at the pool snack bar in particular, very warm and friendly. The views were amazing. We had a great stay and definitely will go back
