although the rooms were very good it is a shame the cleaning is not up to standard in fact its very poor don't think the floors were ever mopped and the bathroom floor was left in a disgusting state quite often I took pics because I could believe how dirty it was left its a shame as tis is a very good apartment we would return to maybe we was just unlucky with our room maid but someone should be checking

very helpful and efficient reception staff the room was in very good condition and had been updated the pool area was comfortable the lifts were always available even tho one was out of order being upgraded its lo cation is perfect for beach and local eating areas and not a bad walk to main shopping area plus some good people watching from the balcony

Bathrooms quite dated - could do with a refurb.

Great location overlooking the Marina and close to bars & restaurants. The beach is very nearby too. Loved the fact it’s on ground level so no stairs like many of the other apartments and hotels in Puerto Rico. Nice pool area with plenty of sun-beds in full sun or shade.

Air con dripped and had soaked through the sofa under it. No air con in the bedroom which would be an issue for us in hotter months. Check in was very slow. Ceiling fan in living room didn't work and the light flashed on and off.

Location was excellent! Bathroom was very well appointed and lovely comfortable beds. Pool was heated and lots of space at the pool area. Staff were helpful and efficient.

Their was no cleaning every day plus we had to ask for towels

It was a good location but the only real thing that let I’d down was there wasn’t enough hot water all you had time for was to wash your hair then it went cold the water.

Room from reception. Lifts did not seem to work. Eventually, an engineer told us that the external call button wasn't working.

Rooms were spacious, comfortable, and tidy. Swimming pool and area good with plenty of room and nice sun beds. All staff friendly and helpful.

Would have been excellent all around, but lacked air conditioning. We were there when temperatures were around 30 c and it was too hot in the apartment.

Comfortable well equipped apartment with amazing views over marina and sea. Friendly staff, great saltwater pool with plenty sunbeds. Central location only short walk to beach and restaurants bars. Excellent Indian restaurant at the hotel, serving delicious authentic food, also great value. Snacks and drinks, also cocktails available during the day. With two happy hours making it very affordable.

We had to leave the property and walk around to get to the pool, side door didn’t work. Beds in the room were very hard and the whole apartment only had 1 socket we could use.

Location was perfect, food was really good. Loved the extra padding for sun loungers.

Noise. Windows and patio doors need replacing. Security on doors not good.

We requested a late checkout prior to arrival, again on arrival and several times during our stay. We were told that this may be okay but the confirmation time kept changing and was finally only confirmed on the morning of departure. We were charged €15 for staying until 3pm which was fine but knowing sooner would have been great and allowed us to plan our last few hours better.

The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout, a couple of issues when we got to the room but they were all sorted immediately, Great location and good facilities and some nice restaurants close by .. would definitely recommend it

Just small things - the shower wasn't great if you are tall, but is manageable. Would have been nice to have a sweeping brush for between when the staff cleaned, as you can bring a lot of sand back with you. Things like the locks on the patio to the balcony, and windows, could do with updating.

Location is perfect. Apartments were clean, and cleaned regularly. Staff were amazing and helpful. On site facilities like the pool, were clean and well looked after, and restaurant were affordable and great value for money.

Our first apartment had cockroachs, we were moved thanks to booking.com. our second apartment was lovely but had tiny ants in the bathroom and all around the kitchen. We never once ate there for our 4 weeks.
