The pool area can get quite hot with no breeze and the hotel does not have umbrellas at the pool so no shade. Hotel is very basic and bit dated could do with a bit of modernisation.

The location is fantastic near the old town and but also close to the new town. The pool is lovely and always plenty of free sun loungers available. Lovely view of the sea.

We had our apartment on the top floor but ok a main road which was very noisy especially early hours of the morning not the hotel’s fault at all we did have air conditioning in our room so you didn’t need to open the windows or it the noise would of been so much worse

Night porter was asleep so couldn't get back into apartment at 1am on our last night. When he did wake up he was aggressive towards us. Apartments on street side are quite noisy. Other than this issue we found all other staff very friendly and helpful.

Minor things like no shampoo holder in the shower, the cooking facilities were limited to 2 ring stove but I could live with that as I only really cooked breakfast a couple of times. The TV could have been larger but I did not use it anyway. Pool was a bit small but it was not busy at all which was great.

Room was very clean, it matched exactly the pictures supplied, The shower was great, apartment had a nice sea view, close to the Old Town and also other areas of interest. The balcony was comfortable. Food was excellent in the pool bar and exceeded my expectations. Pizza and the full breakfast in particular was of a high standard. The beer was nice and cold ! Staff were very friendly and helpful and there was a mini supermarket if needed. Air condition only in the bedroomed but it was excellent. It was overall a quiet apartment and I did not experience any noise at night.

Just a small thing. Location of balcony meant it was in the shade most of the time. I understand that this is unavoidable as the balcony for the appartment on the next floor is directly above.

Great location between oldtown and newtown so both were within walking distance. , 24 hour reception, clean towels every second day and sheets changed midweek. Lovely appartment with very good shower. Easy access to 2nd floor via stairs or lift. Friendly helpful staff. Nice pool bar with very good value...4 euro for sandwich and 3 euro for pint of beer.

No hairdryer which is a basic requirement . Towels for the pool had a €20 fee...which €10 was refunded at end of stay. Safes provided in rooms but again incurred a fee to use. No breakfast or restaurant just a snack bar at pool. Air-conditioning in apartments available at a fee. Remote control for TV available at a fee. So make sure to budget for all these hidden extras you may be unaware of before arrival.

That woman in snack bar...

Great spot... Very clean... Lovely staff with the exception of the older lady in the Pool bar with the grey hair... Seemingly when i went to complain about her attitude + giving me food, short of what i asked for, Soft egg's instead of hard ev time, but charged in full, She was the BOSS, she told me... Other 2 girl's lovely, polite, helpful, but not the boss lady... Actually upset me on my holiday... Every other staff in all area's so lovely... Thank you...

No bedside light if you wanted to read. No air-con, very warm at times. No umbrellas on sun loungers by the pool.

Bed was comfortable (but nosiey). Shower was good and powerful. Place was clean. Staff were very helpful anbd friendly.

The only thing I didn't like was for 3 people to stay there was no option to have a double bed , it was to singles and a pullout bed , haven't slept in a single bed since I was a kid , and no it's not the same pulling to singles beds together

Close to both the strip and the old town but if you have mobility issues you may fine the walking a little difficult. That said staff are always around to call a taxi if need be.
