Overall you have a wonderful apartment, to gain access was very frustrating as the code was not provided before hand and after calling 4 times we finally gained access to the apartment. The Staircase is incredibly wobbly, my mother was unable to climb it herself and needed assistance during the evening. It does not feel safe. The Kitchen lacked a large chopping board. The Storage wardrobe sliding door for the kitchen items did not open and close with ease.

The location is fabulous, a five minute walk from the market. Great Transport Connections too.

When exiting the building,, t he entry door was quite difficult to open and could take some time to do with the key. In an emergency situation could be dangerous The key worked much better when entering. the building. There was only one building entry key, it would be preferable  to have two keys.

It was a bit of a shame that the only bathroom was via the downstairs double bedroom, I had to sneak through at night if I needed the facilities to avoid waking dad. It would be helpful if there were some instructions for the stove top, staff provided these via text when asked but it took a while to master.

We travelled as father and daughter, bit of a mix up as I think Let Malaga expected a couple so only a double bed had been made up however I cannot fault how helpful the staff were, quick call and we were switched to an apartment with a double room and a room with twin beds which suited us well. The apartment was nice and clean, well presented and had all the basics we needed. The location was great lidl and aldi close by for groceries and only a 10 minute walk into the centre of malaga and about a 15/20 minute walk to the train station which enabled.us to visit both Torremolinos and Fuengirola easily.

Bad odor and lack of air/sun since it has only one tiny window on each floor (the flat has a bedroom located on the basement level with a small window towards the sunken patio.) And the mattress was too soft...

If you love being near the city center but still have a quiet place, this is for you. Really amazing apartment, the interior is really nice and thoughtful. Also so many comfortable places. The different chairs, beds in both levels. It really made staying there so much more fun. Two air conditioner are so useful.

This is by far the WORST booking I ever had and experienced while using Booking.com. The previous reviews seemed over the top, but they are true: There is MOLD in the bathroom and in the livingroom; you can smell dank, moldy, foul and wet environment immediately upon entering. Pictures of places with mold in previous reviews have partially seen boards glued over them. There is a potentially UNSAFE POWER CABLE a few centimeters next to the SHOWER HEAD. The spiral staircase in the property wobbles as though it might collapse under you. The ceilings are low and you can easily hit your head. Everything, including the furniture, looks worn out and damaged. Previous descriptions of the washing machine led us to avoid looking at it too closely. There are spiders at least on the ground floor and some other kind of bug that disappeared behind the kitchen furniture when we shone a light on them (did I mention that the lighting is artificial and the pictures posted by the property manager are highly misleading, possibly massively edited?). Almost funny: There are lamps on the bedstands, but they are not plugged in - because there are no power outlets! The neighborhood is shady, you have to call the property manager on the phone, then enter a lock code and so on until you are finally in the property - it seems to match the neighborhood. We have notified relevant authorities including the Chamber of Commerce, the Malaga Tourism Board and Junta Andalucia and are considering pursuing litigation. It is surprising that despite a variety of existing reviews speaking of potential scam this listing remains on Booking.com. In case there is a reply by the property: Previous reviews were answered with that they will improve, they will personally oversee future stays and so on. This was as long as years ago and as recent as this year. Update on reply by the property: I know what drain pipe looks like in comparison to a power cable.

Leaving as soon as we found a different place to stay in light of the MOLD, SMELL OF SMOKE, POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS ELECTRIC CABLE NEXT TO SHOWER HEAD.

GOT SCAMMED. To be short, if you want to waste your money the book this room. They tried to hide the fact that there is no window in this appartment. The pictures are fallacious, it shows lighted rooms with natural light > that’s an accurate scam.

Apartment needs to be little bit more looked after, bathroom needs to be refreshed. Sharper knives missing in the kitchen to facilitate cooking when not eating out.

Short walking distance to town centre and all the attractions. Plenty of space in the appartment. Easy way to contact the host and prompt response. Helpful when asked to fix the problem.

The flat is in a miserable condition, it is inacceptable! The washing machine is rotting from inside, there is green and black mold fungus and it stinks inside of it. It is not usable to wash clothes, they will stink in the same way like the washing machine and the kitchen. The same situation is in the shower, black and green mold fungus in several areas and it stinks inside of it. The bedroom smells for paint, I had undried paint on my finger from switching on the light and it creates massive headache. It is not possible to sleep in this room, I had to sleep on the couch. These three points are hazardous to health! There is no soap nor hand sanitiser, nothing to prevent Covid-19 from spreading at all. The toaster kicks out the fuse, not usable. The door of the shower doesn't close, water floods the bathroom floor. I wrote LetMalaga a message and an email via booking.com, a private email directly to the email address of the company I received in their official emails for any kind of emergencies or questions and I called them several times on their official phone numbers and have been ignored on all ways of communication for more then 24h, even on the telephone. LetMalaga, do you call that behaviour customer service? Massive disappointment, never again with LetMalaga!! If you have similar experience with this fraud company, get in touch with Junta de Andalucía and a lawyer.
