Neighbours were very loud between 12:00 and 2:30 am , we could hear them very clearly

The apartment is well decorated and has everything you could need. It is in a fabulous location. Just walk out the door and you are in the heart of the old town. Andre was extremely helpful and a great communicator

A little noisy on weekend nights…a music bar a few doors up. Otherwise superb.

Tv's and sound system in the WC was not connect, not a big issue but at some stage we wanted to turn them on and couldn't.

Incredibly well located, in a vibrate yet fairly quiet area. Host was super responsive, kind and had complimentary coffee and drinks on arrival. LOVED IT!! Also, allowed us to have late a check out. (this was truly truly appreciated) Loved the direct access to the apartment via lift. Apartment fully equipped.

The property was really good. We had a couple of small issues which were rectified by the owner and didn’t have any impact on our stay.

The property was in an excellent location in the city , walking distance to everything and close to the marina , bars and restaurants and main shopping area. The decor was really nice and well laid out. We were left some complimentary Prosecco , beers , fizzy drinks in the fridge. There was a coffee machine with pods and tea available. The owner was very helpful via messages on WhatsApp and the booking.com app and offered us a place to store bags. There is a lift if you are unable To use stairs . We had two large bedrooms with a wardrobe each and drawers , there were extra blankets for colder months. There was air conditioning throughout the apartment. There were a couple of mini markets on the street for basic shopping and toiletries if you need them. Bar Aqua on the street is good if you like live music We had a lovely stay and would recommend.

Myself and my friends stayed in two apartments for a long weekend. The location was perfect, we were in the centre of gorgeous restaurants and the apartment was amazing! Would highly recommend staying here. It was an 11/10 for us!

The pillows were not very comfortable and only one towel per guest. But we never asked for more nor mentioned the pillows to the staff and am certain they would have accommodated. Truly would return in a heartbeat.

Excellent location, updated and in great condition. Coffee pods, and some welcome drinks provided, shampoo and body soap as well as other necessary soap products for washing hands and using dishwasher.

There was noise from the street on the Saturday evening, due to the excellent location of the property. It only seemed to be on the Sat night, the other nights were not noisy

Very responsive host. Little washing machine was very useful. Enjoyed the gifts of water, Coca-Cola and beers left for us by the host. Coffee machine was great. Location was fantastic for accessing the old city of Palma. Loved getting right out of the elevator into the apartment.
