Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I ended up staying in the sister hotel across the road from Arco San Vicente the Sofraga Palacio due to a mix up in my booking The Sofraga is a lovely period hotel classically furnished and great rooms The restaurant was great for drinks with a deal on with free tapas not to be turned down Breakfast was equally delicious with plenty to choose from I can’t fault the hotel Sofraga the outside cafe is equally great serving food and drink for guests or non guest Lovely walk in shower and spacious bathroom too like the bedroom

CanadaLoved the location! So close to everything we came to Avila for! The hotel had the traditional atmosphere we were looking for! The room was cute and had everything we needed. Loved having the patio for tbe afternoon sun! The staff were helpfull and the cleaning of our room was exceptional! Thank you to our chamber maid! Would definitely stay here again and will most definitely recommend this hotel to my friends!
