This was one of the best places I ever stayed at: though a guesthouse per definition it had the feeling of a carefully designed and decorated boutique hotel. Everything was sparkling clean and in perfect working condition; it almost looked new. The room was tastefully furbished, had an aircon and a hairdryer. There was a little terrace in front with 2 chairs and a table. From there you could look over the old city wall and be sheltered from the wind. In the common area there was a kettle provided. Breakfast was available (€5 per person) and nicely arranged. It was possible to buy beer and wine and use the kitchen’s glasses. Sam, who was in charge, allowed to drop my stuff in my room though I was much too early for check in. He was very friendly, funny and helpful and spoke excellent English. I definitely want to come back and explore more of Ronda’s surroundings and to enjoy this beautiful guesthouse.

We were looking for an overnight stay while coming from the mountains and we loved our stay there! Clean and warm apartment with a pretty view (Room D), and a cute little balcony, located behind the historical walls of Ronda. Breakfast was simple yet fulfilling, and overall a good value for the price. The only issue was parking as some reviews mention, but there is not much that can be done about. It was quite a challenge to find a spot in the square nearby (we arrived Sunday afternoon, not the best time...), we were driving at least five times around to find our luck. Consider paid parking in the garages in the center if you want to avoid this hustle, otherwise avoid yellow lines, and good luck!

Very welcoming host and excellent location , comfortable, tea and coffee available . Enjoyed the roof terrace and watched sun set from there , peaceful .

The location and the price were great! Parking was a problem, because there was limited parking on the street. Google maps also took us to the front of the castle arch, but didn't actually help find the place once inside. The twin bed wasn't very comfy, but the breakfast was super!

The fact that we could take beautiful country walks from the door of the hotel, sit on the sunny balcony or roof terrace, make tea and coffee in the hotel and enjoy tapas and breakfast in the San Francisco are of Ronda, or in the hotel.

Sam was an exceptional host. Everything from the breakfast he served to his willingness to assist with anything I needed was over the top. The location in the old quarter couldn't be beat. If I return to Ronda, I will only stay here.

We booked 2 double rooms for one night. Both rooms were fairly basic but were spacious, clean and comfortable with air con. En-suite bathrooms were a good size, clean and modern. One of the rooms had a small balcony with a lovely view over the hills. There was a communal living area and kitchen (which we didn’t use). Not in the centre of town but a short walk away. Excellent value for money and perfect for what we needed. Host was friendly and amenable.

It was tucked away from the crowds on the other side of the “bridge” and close to a square with restaurants a short walk away. The outside patio is great for watching sunset.

The location was perfect to discover this cute city. It was silent, but still close to the centre. The interior was very attractive and the bed was extra comfortable.

Very clean and new, I liked the decor of the rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very quiet at night too. The location is good, it's just a short walk from the centre of Ronda.
