We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWould have preferred tea and coffee facilities in the room however offset probably by the cost! Breakfast was continental (fine) and cooked (a little unusual) but filled us up.
This is the only significant hotel in Gandia, near where we were going to a wedding. It was clean with a small bar (limited hours) and did have parking which some used. The room was compact however the bed was comfortable and there was enough space for a few days’ stay. Overall price (booked early) for three rooms was very reasonable.

Very good location, staff responsive to messages, car park was 7 euros and we left the car there for longer than the booking. Easy to get in - ring the bell and the barrier opens. Door directly from car park to hotel. Big room, Comfy bed, quiet, complimentary bottle of water, extra pillows which we used thank you! Excellent value - we will definitely stay again next time we’re in Gandia.
