Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

GermanyLoud and noisy evening animation event. Safe is locked with a key, that could be borrowed with deposit (cash) at reception. Pool towels also with deposit.
Friendly and welcome staff. Onsite closed parking. Swimming pools were amazing with good depth. Lots of sun beds, that were mostly available any time. Water-slides was fun to ride, despite blue one had lower water pressure. Snack bar in the middle was fast and cozy. Mexican restaurant - great family dinner with friendly service. Breakfast was good.

United KingdomWe had air con issues in our room on the 1st night which weren't properly dealt with until the following day unfortunately this was very disappointing.
Beautiful location, spacious room, lovely decor, plenty of choice for breakfast. Short walk to beach. Quiet area.

LithuaniaWe had a very pleasant stay – the hotel is well-suited for families, with a great and quiet location. Service at the bar was excellent, especially thanks to Nerijus and Greta, who were always friendly and professional. However, the prices are quite high, and the breakfast area gets extremely crowded, which made mornings a bit stressful. Overall, a very solid choice if you’re traveling with kids – just be prepared for the breakfast rush.

DenmarkBathroom needs renovation. Big pool (the one with 1,1…1,3m) bottom was dirty of small stones, really unpleasant. There was hard to find a shower on the poolside that worked, this way it was not easy to follow the hygienic rules, many people skipped the shower before jumping to the pool. Poolsides generally needs some upgrade.
Big room. Nice view. Decent dinner incl. with half board. 23 pm there was quiet. Nice combos of hot dog & pizzas for the lunch purchase.

CyprusNo bathroom essentials like hand cream or shower cap etc. They had a coffee machine in the room but no coffee, tea or cups which was strange. The pillows are awful.
Basic buffet breakfast. They could improve alot but it had a good enough variety. It was clean and pleasant but no entertainment at night. The pool bar and pools are fantastic and the hotel is right on the beach. The rooms are spacious, clean and nice. Restaurants within walking distance. The staff are friendly and helpful. No concierge. Good value for money.

United KingdomVery little to fault apart from there being no kettle in the room but we did have a nespresso machine. Remember to bring your own coffee pods as no tea / coffee condiments were provided. Plenty of free parking on the road right outside so no need to pay for hotel parking unless you want it under cover.
We booked a 2 night stay the day before we arrived st a good price. The hotel was lovely and very quiet, almost had tge place to ourselves as it was mid week and out of main spanish holiday season. Staff were friendly am and a lovely surprise that we was given a room upgrade with sea view. Room was very spacious and clean. The pool facilities were maintained to a good standard and a separate pool area for children. We csn not comment on tge food as we did room only and ate out for meals close by.

GermanyI got lost like 4 times because the hotel is so huge. Also we went there during low season, so only one pool was open and there was no food besides bar snacks. But that was not critical. 😄
This hotel is great, it’s very close to the beach and the pool area is super pretty. I loved the boho decor all over. The room was huge and the view amazing. The staff at the reception is very helpful and kind, they were always understanding and helped me a lot with attractions/activities to do in the area.

PolandBathroom door had a broken lock. Also: I wish the towels in a family room had 4 different colours, to make handling them more convenient for guests; the all whites are more convenient for the hotel, not us.
Very close to the beach, spacious family room, nice swimming pools and poolside bars. Helpful staff. Easy to park in the area (though probably in high season it's harder).

United KingdomBreakfast wasn't hot and overcooked. Many areas closed . Pool spa closed . The indoor pool wasn't clean, and I didn't feel like it had been attended to. I understand it was near the end of the season, but it could have been better.
The hotel is by the beach . Nice pool area though this was closed being near the end of season.

SpainThe air conditioner can't be turned on because the hotel has set the temperature too high, making it very hot at night. I have to open the balcony door to sleep, otherwise I can't sleep. Even if I contact the staff, they can‘t fix anything. The air conditioner shouldn’t be adjusted like this because the weather outside isn‘t that cold yet.😞🥵

United KingdomThe road outside my room was busier than I would have liked, owing to the fact I was directly opposite a public leisure center.
The hotel had a wide range of different food; drink and desserts. The swimming pool was spacious and perfectly placed at the southern most point of the property which also possessed direct access to a public beach. Though I didn't use them, there were a wide range of amenities such as pool tables; table tennis tables and games arcades. The hotel offers a spa service and a golf course is a 3 minute drive away. The room was big and maintained regularly - the staff take good care of the resort.

RomaniaThe noise from the outside coming into the room (until midnight). But also the door to our room had a slight gap versus the floor which meant we heard all the noise from the hallway or from the outside. Doesn’t help that the hallways is open space with the outside.
Clean, a lot of options to spend the time and good food. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds.

SpainBathrooms need updating to get to a four star ! Shower over bath, terrible finish, old fashioned. Location misleading, it maybe ‘ beach front ‘ but access limited and beach not suitable for relaxing and swimming. Location is poor… very limited in terms of restaurant choice … and no bars as such . Food in the Tikki bar very poor quality and overpriced!
Nice pool area… lots of free parking close by… friendly staff… dog friendly
