Bedding! Whilst the bed itself was comfortable, the mattress cover was the wrong size and kept coming undone. It was also plasticy and rather strange. Room was a good size with a fridge, but no tea making facilities 😢

Location was excellent with free parking opposite. Walk to the main plaza was only 5 minutes.

The food was very good and the staff pleasant. It was obvious there would have been an outstanding view if the weather hadn't been so unusually bad. We saw glimpses of it when we first arrived.

Large, calm room, very good bed! Friendly stuff. Lots of choice at breakfast, but almost everything is individually packaged. What seemed necessary for hygiene reasons in times of Covid can perhaps be reconsidered from the perspective of waste prevention.... Free parking just in front of the hotel!

No prior notification of the restaurant being closed. The receptionist only mentioned it after we asked to book a table. No catering facility onsite after breakfast. The first room allocated was not as requested. However another room was provided quickly and without question.

Easy to find with on road parking. Clean simple furnishings in public areas. Comfortable bed, large bathroom and nice toiletories. Really good breakfast served in the cafeteria/bar with tasty meats, breads, pastries and fruit. Bars and restaurants within approx 10 minutes walk.

Because I had to leave at 7am to attend a ceremony. I didn't get the breakfast that was included and no one was on reception to check out. But that's just a minor fact. Think the room was overpriced because of the occasion.

The location was perfect for me. Plenty of parking. Room was very large and well equipped. Bathroom had everything you needed. The hotel was quiet and bed very comfortable.

Amazing restaurant at the top floor. I had one of the greatest young lamb leg EVER. I was surprise how good it was, highly recommend! Hotel is within short walking distance from old town with free public parking in front.

Just the breakfast experience. If you have mobility issues, I can imagine the uphill walk into the main town may be a bit daunting, obviously not the Hotels fault!

Room was clean and comfortable. Seems to the best Hotel in the area, and none the worse for it! The staff were very friendly and helpful and there was lots of free parking in the immediate area. Quite busy at the time of our stay, Breakfast was well worth the money, but supplies got quickly over run during the service and perhaps the staff could have been a bit quicker at replenishing and clearing vacated tables. Didn't spoil the weekend, however. A nice place.

Very hot bar area and the reception. Hotel not always manned by staff ie bar, restaurant. Check in had to wait for someone to appear. Check out there was nobody we eventually left without seeing any front desk only the chamber maid. Very weird!

The balcony was disappointing, booked a superior room but only one comfortable chair.

The hotel was fine , if a little impersonal. Good location, only ten minutes walk into town centre. Great view of the valley and the olive trees.

very noisy when there’s a big crowd, bedrooms not well insulated for sound. we were on the 3rd floor just below the awnings, very noisy as they blew about all night.

Good location, free parking right outside. very helpful staff, we asked to be moved twice and absolutely no problem! there was a very big wedding party on the Saturday night, so we had to move away from a noisy group in the bedroom next to ours. We ate in the restaurant both nights of our stay and we had very good food. breakfast was a hot buffet on Sunday and a cold one on Monday.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like. The location is just a little outside of the old part of the city. So, you are not exactly there.

There is a view of the olive orchards going on forever. Parking was very convenient. Right at the entrance to the hotel. It is a short walk to enter the center of the town. The breakfast was fairly good.
