Beautiful apartment in a great location in the middle of Palma old town. There was a lovely balcony to the apartment and a rooftop terrace with a view of the street lined with pretty buildings. A very comfortable stay, the host was super helpful and we had a welcome bottle of Cava. I would highly recommend this lovely apartment!

The stairs are steep climb, but that’s normal in the old part of the city

Evertything was fine but the steps up could be difficult if you have small children or bad knees.

The stairs are little narrow. People with huge bags and baby strollers might be tough to carry.

Location is perfect. Several shops at down the apartment. Cathedral is 10 min walk. Very value for location. Host is very nice. Always answered all my questions with patience. I strongly recommend this apartment.

Scrolling through lots of tv channels looking for English speaking ones. But tv was a smart tv so we just used YouTube. If you are on the higher apartments the stairs were v steep and narrow and also leading to roof terrace. We were on the 1st floor so not a major problem.

Naika was lovely and made contact periodically to make sure we were OK. Plenty of toiletries and kitchen equipment. Lovely having breakfast on balcony every morning. Location excellent. Easy walking distance to main attractions. Supermarket v close as well as train and busses. Roof terrace beautifully decorated and lovely sitting having our dinner up there. Would definitely recommend.

The parking instructions were bad. I had to pay the garage for two days. Many entries to different parking in the area. One of them was the correct one. At last I got the exact adress, i.e., parking subterraneo (google map). Third floor narrow stairs.

it was way too much noise, the windows weren't soundproof in any way, so we could hear everything in the street and slept very bad. Also, although it is advertised as having 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bath, there is no bath...and no terrace inside ...the terrace is on the roof

There is construction work just opposite the apartment, and it is incredibly noisy. We were out for most of the day, but the builders start early!!!

The apartment is beautiful. The restoration is so sympathetically done. We loved every aspect of the place.

There was a lot of building work going on opposite the apartment, so it was very noisy early in the morning. The host was very communicative as we arrived in Palma and we did as she asked and told her when we were leaving the airport by taxi so she could meet us with the code and key for the apartment. Having done that we had to wait on the street for almost 45 minutes for her to arrive!

The property is right in the middle of the old town, so perfect for shopping, cafes, and sightseeing. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was very clean both inside and the entrance and steps. The air con was appreciated and the kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed our stay.

The appointment (2nd floor) was quite noisy since it’s located so centrally. You also hear the residents above you. So if your a light sleeper I would recommend a quieter location or earplugs. The stairs are pretty steep and narrow might be an issue mobility wise.

Fantastic building! Beautiful floor and windows and roof terrace. The beds are comfortable and bedroom is spacious. Really enjoyed our stay despite the noise.

My recent stay was absolutely fantastic! The apartment's location was simply unbeatable – everything you could possibly need was within walking distance. Our host, Noemi, was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment itself was not only impeccably clean but also wonderfully appointed with all the amenities one could wish for. And the cherry on top was the parking card they provided, which made renting a car an absolute breeze. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing!

Stairs on the corridor to the 2nd floor 😀

Location is great, with parking lot 5 minutes walking distance. Dario was very kind and polite, give us nice tips and assisted. Apartment is very nice, perfectly located. Rooms are specious. Apartment is well equipped, everything you'll need. Kitchen was nice, well equipped with lot of amenities. We're on the second floor, nice view. Terrace is on the last floor, super nice, very spacious for the center of Palma. Fully recommend for next guests. Hope that I will come back 🏆

This apartment was on the 3 floor a very steep climb and we were there for 7 nights , this should be explained on the site which floor your booking .
