I highly recommend this hotel - well located, clean, friendly and helpful staff But what overshadowed when I stayed there was that there was construction in the garden and it was therefore closed for part of the day or all day The hotel staff did everything they could to make you comfortable and the guests wear invited go to another hotel garden if they wanted I am definitely going there again

The resort is lightly staffed and reception is very basic, but arrival after hours was a breeze with clear instructions, so no issues from me.

The resort is quiet and relaxed, the rooms are light, airy and modern, it has a good location in walking distance to many places of interest in Maspalomas, they leave a complimentary bottle of wine when you arrive and breakfast in a bag on your door each morning. The staff were friendly and helpful and were happy to look after my luggage prior to an evening flight. Great place to stay!

The Breakfast bag had tuna paté and Nutella that I didn't like. Otherwise everything was just wonderful.

With the apartment I could find no fault at all,however if mobility was an issue ,access to the block even at ground level involved a steep flight of steps.The same can be said for accessibility to both the beachfront and the yumbo centre itself while all roads were pretty level ,access to the places involved steps everywhere or some ramps but these were steep . The whole resort had zero architectural characteristics and was extremely visually and historically bland and lacked any form of sophistication. Think benidorm on a bad day rather than biarritz. Whilst eating out was dirt cheap buying food in the local supermarkets was surprisingly expensive .Again the restaurants themselves, Whilst offering surprisingly good, well cooked and presented meals they were more Harvester than Hawksmoor,so if sophisticated cuisine is you thing ,I think you would struggle .

The apartment is in a quite area of town that felt very safe,a few minutes walk to sea front and a 10/15 minute level walk to yumbo centre. The block was small ,south facing, each apartment has its own balcony overlooking a lovely heated pool and garden ,with plenty of sunbathing beds.the apartment was about 35 sq meters so felt spacious ,was furnished and decorated in a way that made it feel light and bright whilst extremely relaxing. The staff were extremely helpful and thoughtful (I would go as far as saying very sweet natured)and provided a small breakfast each morning to get you going.They kept both the apartment and complex immaculate every day.Walking to promanda overlooking dunes out to sea was a level few minutes walk.walking into yumbo centre was a level walk that felt safe even in the early hours of about 15 minutes tops. Restaurants in the yumbo and at the seafront were by uk standards very cheap, I averaged three course meal including steak, carafe wine,bottle water,coffee for under thirty euros most meals . The weather in March was lovely ,at a constant 23/25 degrees daytime dropping to 20 degrees overnight and not a cloud in the sky.the apartment benefited from both security cross ventilation or air-conditioning. Overall an extremely relaxing holiday.

Would have been nice to have a bar available, and also a jacuzzi, but no great hardship. The stairs down to the property were a little troubling for my husband who suffers from Parkinson’s .

It was quiet and very comfortable. Our room was splendid opening out to our patio and the pool. Very good location for the beach and 15min walk to the Yumbo centre.

The staff, Hayro, was very helpfull when there were questions to answer. The location is great; central but not noisy and easy access to the beach or Yumbo. The size of the property was ‚human‘ and therefore, not a permanent coming and going.

Small complex for gay men, nice and quiet with no loud music, great sunny location moments from the beach. Basic but lovely complimentary breakfast delivered daily.

The music during the day at the swimming pool is very annoying. Everyone has his own earphones nowadays, so you don't want to listen to American muzak. They switched it off after our request. Like all Playa del Ingles apartments, spaces are small and neighbours can look into this property. Had no problems with it, but if you want to be naked, you might have the occasional stares. Smoking is allowed in the pool area, but ok, this is Spain: people smoke an aweful lot. Be aware.

Location is very quiet and easy access to Yumbo, Sandia and beaches. Very clean, friendly staff and complimentary breakfast every morning and a welcome bottle upon arrival.

A bar area where residents could congregate.

The use of the bracelet as the means of accessing the hotel and room was excellent and removed the need for carrying keys everywhere. The complementary breakfast was an added bonus and the apartment was fully equipped with kitchen equipment. The presentation of a bottle of Cava and a bottle of wine at the start of the holiday was a nice touch.

No bar but that can't be helped. Spar is 5 min walk away and you can buy what you want cheaper and keep in the fridge. Overlooked by a non-nudist hotel, again can't be helped but we did get a few rubberneckers peering over at us. Happily put on a show for them! ;-)

Really nice location, clean and not so massive that it feels crowded. Peaceful location, not too noisy and of course great there are no screaming kids and that it was clothing optional. Staff were all v good - Raoul was lovely and v helpful but all the staff were great.

There is nothing that springs to mind. The walk to the Yumbo Centre was a little further than I thought but as for the actual hotel there was nothing I did not like.

This hotel is perfect if you are looking for peace and quiet in a quiet part of Maspalomas. There are just 15 rooms at the hotel and all the guests were respectful of each other and made the whole experience very agreeable.

100% location. Near beach and 10min walk to the restaurants/bars/clubs. Its a super clean and quite place. Very nice to relax at the clean and pretty pool area. Looking for a place to recharge from the daily stress? So you will love it here! Rooms are big and clean. And last but not least: Very friendly staff, you feel immediately welcome!!!
