United KingdomThe noise between bedrooms was atrocious. The walls are paper thin and you can hear people talking at normal levels it anyone in the corridors. Gym could do with a refresh and the kids club was just a room with some help yourself activities. Lots of drunk and lairy Brits there too. Nothing the hotel can do about that though!
Great location - moments from the town and beach, great facilities (main pool and kids pool), staff were wonderful (helpful and friendly), the food was great and everything was very clean

United KingdomOnly the usual of towels claiming the loungers all day and not using them but it happens everywhere.
The staff were all excellent, everywhere was exceptionally clean. The food (breakfast and dinner) far exceeded our expectations and included drinks at meal times was great. Double beds in a twin were really comfy and the air con quiet but welcome. The entertainment team were fun and you could join in if you wanted. The gym equipment was a bit out of date but a bonus.

United Kingdom7am the rush for sunbeds, there are plenty of sunbeds but a lot of people rush for sunbeds at 7am as the pool area opens and you don’t see them for hours. The hotel needs to get a grip. Also serving drinks in plastic glasses at night time, totally understand in the day

United KingdomWe went all inclusive and found the drinks very much watered down with hardly any alcohol in them, but that is sort of expected at the price you pay. We are not into alcoholic drinks that much, but if you are, you will have to pay for your cocktails elsewhere. Beds are hard, very hard. We could sleep purely because we got very tired by the end of the day from snorkelling etc, but if you have a sensitive back, you might struggle. It wouldn’t hold us back from booking again though, as we were ‘tired enough’ to fall asleep anywhere by the end of the day.
Perfect location. Safe, spacious parking. Healthy food options; we were very pleased with the fresh fish, and simple fresh vegetable & salads. You’ll always find what to eat, but don’t expect a lot of choices / or ‘high end’ dining for the price you pay. Loved the fact that they had alternative milk options (lactose free, oat etc). Clean glasses ans plates in restaurant. Good air con. Nice balcony. Exceptionally kind staff. Clean hotel throughout. They respected my ask in terms of the room location I asked for. It’s a perfect 3 star hotel really, we’d return, because of the price - value overall. TIP: hire a car and visit some of the more remote beaches if you are into snorkelling and swimming, with kids!

IrelandI was in 309, and the guy in 310 was very noisy. He was on drugs and was screaming in the middle of the night. A few times, I heard his gf crying. Security even went to talk to him one night. Also, I used the gym once, and it was horrible. Most of the equipment is really old or even broken. My room smelled bad, and I had to leave the balcony door opened most of the time.
The staff were incredible. Worked really hard to make the place look good, and they were very polite. I didn't use the pool as most of the time I was at the beach.

SwitzerlandThe room was quite normal for the price, the air conditioner was super noisy and it couldn’t be regulated. The walls were a bit scratched. The gym was too old and it closed at 5 pm, too early in our opinion.
The breakfast buffet was quite nice and the staff was really friendly.

AustraliaThe pre-arrival communication was poor, with questions about parking for example not appropriately addressed. The hotel is a TUI packaged tour location for Brits abroad, and has very thin walls so it can be very noisy. The gym is convenient, but needs a thorough refresh to be brought to acceptable standards. Not being able to control the in room air conditioning was odd, and inconvenient. The options are on (freezing and intermittent) and off (would be pretty warm in summer).
Good location, helpful staff, clean rooms that while simply appointed, had what was needed. Breakfast was reasonably varied, though consisted of fairly basic items of simplicity rather than anything more sophisticated or elaborate. Parking was very convenient and overall atmosphere is safe, clean and welcoming.
