    We had a very bad experience at this Villa and endured a lot of stress. First off - the place was dirty and not cleaned properly, the towels and the bedsheets were not properly cleaned, the cupboards and cabinets were also not cleaned, underneath the kitchen sink it was rotting and leaking water/giving off a sewage smell. We had to fix it temporarily on our own to avoid more water leaks. The worst part is that us (a family of 9) with 2 small children did not have a working refrigerator for 3 whole days, the moment we arrived to the Villa, we stored our food products and noticed that the fridge wasn't cold, freezer was not functioning, the owner informed us that we should wait a couple hours before it starts to freeze. However after waking up the next day, we noticed that it was still not functioning and some of our food products were already starting to go bad and spoil. We conctacted booking.com to inform of this issue and the financial loss that we had due to the food spoiling, however the issue was only resolved on the 3rd day. The losses were never compensated, the owner is extremely disrespectful and toxic, has the audacity to shout over the phone, rather than make sure that the issues get resolved and we can enjoy the rest of our stay, instead when he was warned that we will leave a negative review, he instructed us to leave the Villa, even tho it was a late evening with kids already resting. Only the next day he decided to resolve the fridge issue, but did not once apologize for his behaviour. We then decided to not complain any more about the rest of the issues (dirty villa, non functioning music player, the kitchen sink issue) as the owner was unprofessional and causing us a lot of stress. We informed booking about all of these details and issues.
