The location is good, there is plenty of public transportation and shops nearby, but the neighborhood is a bit shady/underdeveloped that could scare some people.

The accomodations are pretty comfortable specially for the price. There was AC everywhere, clean, the workers were super nice and helpful. the breakfast was really nice !

There was some noise from other rooms, but this is clearly not the fault of the property. Unfortunately, some guests were inconsiderate and returned late at night while talking and walking loudly.

I chose the double room with a private bathroom located outside the room. It didn’t bother us for a one-night stay. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, and the house itself is quite beautiful. The bed was comfortable, and the staff were extremely welcoming, even though I don’t speak Spanish very well. I really appreciated their hospitality as they offer free breakfast and cold water, which is especially useful in the summer! The location is also convenient for getting to Barcelona city center by metro.

Not much to complain about. my bathroom was separate from my bedroom, probably not a problem for most people but if you need to use the bathroom in the night it's a little awkward.

The staff are so nice, very generous. Free breakfast, free water and juice, they offer you ice cream because of the heat. Just feels like staying in a house with relatives, very pleasant.

We really enjoyed our stay so much. The room was well air conditioned, we had everything we needed. sitting outside in the yard was beautiful with lots of plants and an outdoor seating area. But the best thing about the experience was the care and kindness Nadia showed us whilst we stayed. Always looking after us and making sure we had what we needed. No complaints it was really great xxx

The surrounding area is quite run down but it's a 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station for a short ride into Barcelona. The room was a little cramped but we were only staying for one night so this wasn't an issue for us.

The main reason for booking was the included parking space. It was a bit of a squeeze reversing in from the street but we were able to fit our compact rental to keep it secure overnight. The housekeeper was very welcoming and a wonderfully helpful person. Breakfast being included was a nice touch. The room was spotlessly clean with a comfortable bed and a good shower.

Lovely place. Family atmosphere. Hosts are very kind and responsive. Very clean and comfortable house. Few breakfast options. You always get something extra - bottled water, juice, etc. Cozy patio and balcony where you can enjoy your breakfast or evening. Plenty of food options around. 10 min walk to Metro.

We stayed 6 nights (a couple) in two different apartments and were very happy. Property is very clean, secure and well maintained. Everything works well, we had no issues with anything. Owners provide a good breakfast with juice, sandwiches, coffee, bottled water. They do everything to make you happy. Location is good - 5 min walk from the metro. We didn’t see any upscale restaurants in the area but found plenty of choices to get takeout and enjoy it on the balcony or patio on the property. Overall, it was very pleasant stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

We have ordered room with two beds and got not the one booked. It was cold in the night because only one blanket for two. Size of the room also differed from the booking offer.

Very convenient location to get around in Barcelona. Good facility that you can access the kitchen for coffee or tea, very chilled place. The place could do with a signage on the gate just so easier to identify for travellers.

Awesome! Very cute house with it’s friendly owners, lovely Christmas decorations, clean room and bathroom with ALL the thing and facilities thing you could need there. And very nice and tasty breakfast! Very nice vibe and mood after visiting. I would highly recommend this place to stay, you won’t regre! :)

We all loved it! The ones who made our stay to be the greatest were Nidia and Maria! They welcomed us so nicely and warm! Thank you so much you!! There were nice breakfast and coffee and the place was absolutely lovely, we definitely recommend it! There’s a metro near by, 30 minutes to the center. We parked our car in the apartment and walked around by metro.

The people in the room above ours on our second night were very noisy and unfortunately disturbed us very early in the morning.

The room made good use of the available space, and included everything we needed. Other little touches like complimentary sweets, 2L bottle of water, hairdryer, even toothbrushes and tooth paste all made us feel very welcome and looked after. Maria and the staff were very attentive, answering all our queries about transport etc, and the breakfast was superb.
