Stefano, the host, is always available, really peaceful location. Close proximity to small shop, easy and cheap trip to playa blanca restaurants and beach front by taxis. Lovely heated pool hot tub, a bonus, beautifully decorated and well-appointed villa. Highly recommended. Already booked our next visit.

We had fantastic stay at Casa Maurizio. Villa was very clean and everything was exactly as described. Cleaning service was excellent. Stefano as a host was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend! If we will go to Lanzarote again we will definitely stay there.

Our 2nd visit to Casa Maurizi and it is like home from home but with the added addition of some sun & warmth. (Obviously, depending where you come from) Very comfortable and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Supermarket nearby & a 25-minute walk to the sea front or a 5 minute cheap taxi ride. The front has plenty of bars, shops & restaurants to pick from. The owner, Stefano, is always a text message away if you need to ask anything & is very quick in replying. Highly recommend this villa. Definitely will be going back.

Nothing at all. It was by far the best villa we have ever stayed in whilst visiting the Canary Islands.

We liked everything. It was exceptionally clean and furnished to a very high standard. The pool was a perfect temperature throughout our stay and the hot tub was an added luxury. The bed was extremely comfortable.

Firstly, a mention must go to Stefano, the host of the property. His communication before we arrived and while we were there was exceptional. We had no issues to report, but Stefano would message just to ensure we were ok and ask if we needed anything. A small bag of complimentary groceries was delivered to us which we were not expecting so this was a nice touch. The property itself is outstanding. Everything was spotlessly clean, the pool was cleaned twice in the 1 week we stayed there , and all the facilities worked without issue. We did our homework beforehand so knew it was a 15-20 minute to the beachfront area of Playa Blanca (a bit longer on the way back due to it being uphill and straight into a strong headwind!) so bear this in mind if you do have mobility issues. If you've booked the property for this year then you will not be disappointed (or at least I hope you're not!), if you haven't booked then seriously consider it for next year if you think this is the sort of place that might suit your needs.

The villa was very clean and well equipped, the beds super comfy, good wi-fi. The pool was heated and well maintained as was the hot tub, and the steam room was an added bonus. It is only a 20 min walk into the centre of town and the sea, or a €3-4 taxi. A large Lidl is only about 5-7 mins walk from the villa. Stefano was fantastic and made sure everything was ok, and we had a minor issue in that the plastic glasses to use outside were missing and I advised this late in the day to Stefano and next morning someone arrived with plastic wine glasses and tumblers, simply put Stefano made it very obvious that he really cared and wanted to ensure our time in the villa was as perfect as he could make it. Thank you Stefano.

For me what i didn't like, was the walk into playa blanca but I am 65 years old. Which took me about 25 minutes.

Fantastic villa with lovely swimming pool, steam room, jacuzzi, in its own grounds and not over looked. Very comfortable king size bed, fitted kitchen with all the comfort of home and two bathrooms.

There was nothing we disliked but we were disappointed that the tennis court was out of use during our stay.

The villa was lovely in all respects. The host was easy to contact and really helpful both in the information we received before arrival and during our stay.

It was very private and in a quiet area . Inside was very spacious and the garden area was lovely. Both bedrooms really airy and comfortable beds. 2 bathrooms. Kitchen had everything you need , perhaps missing an extra plug socket . The whole place inside and out was spotlessly clean. You can find sun all day. Lovely little pool with a jacuzzi and the hamman was a really lovely bonus. We hired a car and the route from the airport was straight forward and Stefano gave excellent instructions to get to property. Easy few minutes drive down to a car park near 2 supermarkets . Also a cash and carry a five min walk away , good place to stock up in water, wine and beer etc. Walk to resort 15 mins at a steady pace . We loved it so much we intend to revisit next year.

The facilities in the villa were outstanding. Everything you need for a self-catering holiday is available here. The hammam was a great start to the day and the hot tub in the evening to relax just made this villa special. It is perfect for a relaxing getaway. Communication from the host, Stefan was always instant and there was no query he didn't help with. We opted not to hire a car on this trip as we had visited the island before, so this was just about rest and relaxation in the winter sun. It definitely did not disappoint. There's supermarkets within a 10 minute walk which will definitely supply you with the basics. However, Stefan supplies a good stater pack of coffee, tea, milk and fruit juice. Although the villa is in a quiet urbanisation, public transport is easy if you opt not to hire a car as the nearest bus stop to the villa only a 5 minute walk away. Buses are two every hour, doing an internal circular trip around Playa Blanca and cheap at 1,40€ per journey. This was a fantastic stay that I can't find fault with. Thank you Stefan

The villa was fantastic – very relaxing, clean, and well-kept. It offered great privacy within a quiet, well-maintained complex. The location was ideal, with local amenities just a short walk away and approximately fifteen to thirty minutes walk to the sea front and marina. Highly recommended.

Everything. The villa was well equipped, finished to a very high standard. It was clean, airy, modern. The pool was heated and well maintained, there was a hot tub, a steam room, all adding to that sense of luxury. A small welcome hamper was provided, which was a very welcome and thoughtful addition. Once again, we had a marvellous stay in Casa Maurizio. It is a beautiful villa with a super layout and overall excellent facilities. Decor and furniture are fabulous which make this villa really pleasant and comfortable. Location is very quiet and relaxing. The walled garden is sunny all day long and the lovely private pool is a big bonus. Information requests to the host, Stefano, are always dealt with immediately and the support at all times was exceptional. Thank you.

Villa is located in a quiet residential area. Our first stay at Casa Maurizio and we were not disappointed. The facilities are excellent and as described. The host is superb, and always available. Cleanliness on arrival was first class. The heated pool was amazing. The pool was cleaned numerous times throughout our stay (2 weeks). Overall an amazing property, with a superb host. I highly reccomend, and will without doubt, not be our last visit to Casa Maurizio!

Property location was in a quiet residential area, so very peaceful. You could walk into Playa Bianca but would recommend having a car, it was very useful for shopping etc. Villa itself was immaculate and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Outside space was clean and well furnished and the pool is heated. The host was always on hand for any queries and assistance.

Excellent location and spotlessly clean and well equipped. The pool and jacuzzi were all maintained regularly during our stay. The owner Stefano was in constant contact to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. We have stayed at many different villas in Playa Blanca over the last 12+ years but this was exceptional and the best so far. We will definitely book again.

Absolutely nothing!

This is a fabulous villa with excellent top quality facilities. Decor is beautiful and layout is super. The pool in the private walled garden was a real highlight and the hot tub and hamman added to our enjoyment. We stayed here in September 2022 and enjoyed it so much that we returned in Sept 2023……we are already booked for September 2024 and looking forward to it already!!
