To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The hotel was in a great location and within walking distance of attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful. Very clean room and very comfortable.

United KingdomThe breakfast wasn't good - there wasn't a lot of variety, you had to wait long for the products to be replaced when it was finished and some stuff, like the cake was stale. I wouldn't recommend getting breakfast. The shower and the toilet were separated, which is not a bad thing but the shower room had no privacy/door so it might be awkward if you are with someone that's not family.
The room was very spacious and clean and the beds were really comfortable. The location is good, around 20 mins from the centre / bus station

IrelandA second chair in the room would've been nice so we could sit on the balcony. The paper cups in the bathroom aren't great - glasses would've been nice to have, especially for having a glass of wine.
Comfortable, spacious and clean bedroom. Staff members were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Nice having a fridge in the room.

FranceI couldn't find the hotel by car as there was nowhere to park nearby. I had to find a proper carpark a little bit further and walk back to the hotel.
The location was very good. Nice area. Easy to get anywhere by foot. The staff was nice. We slept well, beds were comfy. It was very clean.

GermanyI loved this place! Arriving at Casual de las Olas felt like coming home. The hotel welcomed you with their emblem on the walkway through a lights setup and the check-in was super easy. The rooms were adorable, everything felt surfy and lovely. It was quiet and comfy and just super. Even just for the hotel I considered staying longer in Sán Sebastián. They had such loving detail in everything, like packages for pets and kids, etc., if you travelled with either. Thank you for a lovely, easy stay! Loved it!

IrelandWalls are paper-thin - you can hear EVERYTHING next door!! Very noisy neighbours for 2 of my 4 nights!! No sleep til about 5/6am those nights!! - talking, laughing etc 🥴🙉! Also, fridge is tiny and doesn't fit a bottle! Everything else was great!
