To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

RomaniaWe have a 4 year old child so we booked a Junior Suite room. It said that it had a large bed and a sofa but it had 2 single beds and a sofa. My son does not sleep alone so the plan was for him to sleep in the middle of the large bed. We united the single beds but they were not fixed so every night I had to take care that the child did not slip between the 2 beds. That part was awful.
When we arrived there was a plate of cut fruits, juice for the child and iced sparkling wine waiting for us. The location was excellent, was near center and also there were bus and metro stations nearby. It was very close to Aerobus station which is a convenient way to travel from and to airport. The breakfast was diverse and also there was food for little children. My son loved it. The room was clean and there were toiletries like tooth brushes, toothpaste and a comb.

AlbaniaThey charged us full price for 4-5 hours. Our flight was by night, we left the hotel at 19.30 and I wanted to let my little son rest at the room, rather than letting him in a bar. They charged the full amount which is unfair. Better to pat by hours if they want to satisfy the clients.

United KingdomThe biscuits in the room are not complimentary, and are part of the minibar menu. There wasn’t a copy of the mini bar menu in the room, but the front desk will give you a copy if the menu is missing in your room.
Great location, close to the Aerobús stop in Placa de Catalunya, but quiet and peaceful at the same time. The team on the front desk was very helpful, helping with printing boarding passes for the return journey, and looking after our suitcases after checkout so that we could enjoy our last few hours in Barcelona. There was a fantastic breakfast, with a large range of good quality food available. Our room was upgraded, which was much appreciated as we were given a room with a balcony, and there were nice touches in the room. The bed is very comfortable, and the toiletries in the room were also good. I had forgotten my toothbrush but a complimentary toothbrush and toothpaste was provided in the room. The minibar in the room was also well stocked.

The room was spacious and clean. It was quite during all hours. The hotel provided bedtime chocolates which was a nice touch. The room service food was very good. The best thing about the hotel is the location - it's a minute walk from Plaza Catalunya and easily accessible to lots of bars, restaurants and shops.

BulgariaOur room was pointing to the inner and the view was not there. There were two TVs in the room, the one of them was not working even I told them 4 times, they didn't fix it. The breakfast is 20 euro per person which I find a bit overpriced.
Overall excellent stay, the room was occupied with everything you need and even more. There was a welcome fruit table plus something special for the kid. The room was large enough. The clean ladies do very good job - everyday cleaning. The hotel is close to Catalunya square and La Rambla - great location.
