You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

the price was on the expensive side specially that the location of the hotel is not the closest to the city center.
our room was very nice and spacious, bed was very comfy, the hotel has a nice cozy feel about it. the courtyard of the hotel gives it a nice touch. very modern calm colors, relaxing in the room specially. the coffee machine is always a great extra! staff were nice and gave us good hints on where to go and eat, and helped store our luggage for a couple of hours after check out.

Location not close to city center.
Very modern, pool, jacuzzi and bar area were very nice. Rooms very modern with everything you need. Room facing the patio a bit small.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely spa and gym. Rooms very nice and clean. Just a heads up that the pool is closed in the winter until April. We walked into the city centre in about 20 mins

The gym is too small and it gets very crowded.
The hotel has an awesome vibe to enjoy Seville - it is a walking distance to the city centre but also far enough in order to be calm and to have lots of silence. I stood in the Patio rooms and definitely recommend - its so nice to have the "middle eastern" vibe. The breakfast is good, lots of options. Rooms are big, stylish and very comfortable!

The choice of a firmer pillow would be good.
Lovely, helpful staff. Tasty and plentiful breakfast and very good service in the hotel’s restaurant during the day and evening. Good inner-city parking. Rooms are beautifully clean with very comfortable mattresses.

Nothing to dislike.
Breakfast was good. Fresh fruits, good Bakery selection. Loved the cereal variety and toppings!!. Bathroom was large, so happy to see shower stall. In room tea/ coffee service. Hotel has a restaurant and menu is very good. Overall great ambience. Fountain in courtyard, Good decor on walls. Typical Spanish. Great place to relax. Bus stops are nearby if you want to go to city center. Although the city is quite small so easy to walk to tourist attractions. Taxis are easily available. Staff is good, helpful and courteous.

It was quite difficult to shut the bathroom door.
For me this was one of the best breakfasts I have ever had. Traveled from Madrid by train and the hotel was only a short walk from the station. Great location.

Cannot think of anything. I would definitely stay here again.
I loved this hotel. The design is based around a courtyard with fountains and trees. It is quiet and the staff are helpful and kind; they were happy to store my luggage for the day after I checked out. The roof terrace with pool was very nice. There was a good variety of breakfast options available. It is a 20ish minute walk to the main sights but it is well located for the train station.

Bathroom design is a bit outdated- it’s clean though.
Room is spacious. Prime location- walkable to both Santa Justa station and most of the tourist attractions (Setas de Sevilla, Cathedral/Giralda tower etc.)

The parking location & how to access the service is not made clear. The spa and sauna & jacuzzi were not clearly represented as one service; the booking allowed for the sauna & jacuzzi to appear accessible within the price of the room but in fact they incur an extra hourly charge but on this website’s info it is not clear nor is the pricing quoted on the hotel’s website.

Room's a little small. pricey lobby cafe. some restaurants around this specific block were too pricey in general.
Really pretty and serene place. It's right on the outskirts of center Sevilla, so the roads are more ample. I walked everywhere. 5 min to center, Was in less than 30 min walk to Triana across the water. Breakfast was awesome.
