Eventually we found a note with another hotel address a few kilometers away. This was a good hotel, we assumed run by the same people. We were not given a satisfactory explanation for the problem.

Everything! Great location, very peaceful and relaxing. Friendly staff, great buffet breakfast. Good size rooms. We are a family of 3 (our daughter is 13) and our room had a double bed, bathroom, small balcony and a 2nd room off our room with 2 single beds where our daughter slept. We also took our dog and there was a dog bed and bowl in our room when we arrived.

Breakfast was just ok, low in quality, but the egg station was good. The pool was absolutely packed with kids all day long.
Great location with most amazing views! restaurant was also quite good. Easy, free parking.

Spain4 Reviews“Underwhelming and bad value for money for anyone with a pet”They advertise as pet friendly but the dog wasn’t allowed in the restaurant, the breakfast room or by the pool and I was forbidden to leave her in the room so I paid €300 for a night where I couldn’t use the pool and we had to sit outside like outcasts.

United Kingdom39 Reviews3 helpful votes“Overpriced and needs a lot of improvements to make it worthy of 4 stars”Noisy, building works next to my room Didn’t get a room which looked like anything on the website Didn’t get the double bed I asked for 6 months ago Couldn’t see out of the window properly in my room, as it was so high Dark room as window was high and small Served completely raw salmon in the restaurant, so my husband had finished his dinner before mine came back, didn’t offer to keep his warm Restaurant portions range from huge to tiny - so you never knew how much to order Need more staff at reception I was offered a room change for our final night but with a dog and a months worth of luggage which would have all needed to be kept at reception until the room was ready later in the afternoon - it was pointless This was meant to be a luxury end to our month long trip and ended up being the worst place we stayed
