the noise from the planes was too much. we wanted to sleep til late on saturday morning but the very loud DJ music coming from the poolside (our room was overlooking the pool) did not allow us, it was like having a party at 10am inside our room.

Close to nice beach clubs and night clubs.

i could see this place being 5 starts when it’s opened, unfortunately it’s aged and maintenance has been neglected… otherwise it’s great

Very old rooms, smelly, this place really needs renovation and its deffenetly not a 4 star hotel. 3 max.

Location is nice as for this price that close to clubs difficult to find something else

The receptionist speaks to quickly and angry. The lady selling party tickets is also rude. We stayed for two days and the breakfast was the same but they have lots of bread but poor fruits. The pool closes at 17h !!! It was so hot but we can not use!!! Too expensive to stay.

Need to modernize the room a bit old. Pillows could be better. The shower head needs replacing.

Room is big. Breakfast lots of varieties to choose from. Walking distance to the town, also near the airport.

I had a great stay at this hotel, and one of the highlights was the breakfast buffet. There was so much variety and everything was fresh and delicious. I especially enjoyed the pancakes, the omelettes, and the fruit salad. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the dining area was clean and spacious. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and satisfying stay.

Its more of a family, old couples hotel in my opinion than a younger age groups, the walls must be very thin as could constantly hear things being moved around every morning when the cleaners were next door or the room above.

The location was good and the facilites were okay.

-Music at the pool is turned on in the mid morning and it wakes you up (my room was facing the pool). -Not enough vegan options in the breakfast

The room was very tired, loose panel by the bed, broken bathroom bin, no tea or coffee. Normally not a problem, but not at the price paid.

Close to the nightclubs, the pool was nice, good value cocktails. Comfortable bed, very good shower.

Room smells a bit moldy, the sheets are almost always wet - most likely due to the humid weather but can be dried a bit better by ventilation. There's also no drying racks. The windows can use some fly screens considering there are a lot of mosquitos and bugs on the island. Sunbeds at the pool could be a bit better.

Meals are amazing, lots of choices offered with the open buffet. Room and balcony are spacious and overall clean. Location of the hotel is pretty good considering it's just a 10 minute walking distance to the clubs I wanted to go to (Ushuaïa, Hï, Hard Rock). Staff is very friendly and helpful. Daily pool activities and the evening music performances are nice.

Cons: 1) Their understaff! As we arrive, there was only one receptionist who are trying to accommodate 10 guest at once. They are asking for high amount for each rooms but cannot provide good service to their guest. 2) Rooms Our room was not even clean properly! We didn’t receive towels as we check in. There was no shampoo nor soaps. Our bedsheets were not even changed. There were hairs in the bed. It was horrible.

Pros: 1) Location is perfect. Nassau Beach is just 2 mins away from the hotel and Hi and Ushia are just 10 mins away from the hotel. The location is definitely 10/10. 2) Breakfast. Their breakfast is the best! They have a lot of varieties and their food are delicious.
