Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Nice and family friendly hotel located on the beach. Surrounded by nice and well managed gardens and a golf course. This Hotel is an ideal starting point for excursions to Granada or the Alpujarra.

IndiaThe restaurant only has buffet options. There is no a-la-carte. Parking in the resort is expensive but there is plenty of free parking on the street. There is limited access to the public transport.
This is a very well maintained resort with a private beach access. There are large swimming pools and a lot of activities to indulge in. The staff also keeps organizing games through the day to engage the guests. The rooms are spacious and have access to the garden. It's a wonderful place for small kids, teens, young adults and even senior citizens. The resort is very tidy and clean in spite of it's massive size. The rooms are comfortable and has all the basic amenities.

IsraelThe property is quite large, with wide green areas and plenty of space to explore. There are several different areas to enjoy, which made our stay even more pleasant. The staff was very kind and friendly, and the food at the restaurant was delicious and varied – even our kids had lots of options to choose from. Our room was clean and spacious, making it very comfortable for our family. The kids' pool and playground were fantastic and kept the little ones entertained throughout our stay. We also loved the separate adults-only pool area, which was much quieter and perfect for relaxing.

SpainIt would have been great to have a kettle and a small espresso machine in each room. The quality of the coffee and juices for breakfast also needs to be improved + having a nice cozy bar for the evenings at reception would have been great. Not many place to gather when the weather isn't great
Lovely resort well kept with great pools and lots of loungers outside. The food was great for an all inclusive. The rooms were spacious and comfy beds+ great views over the sea.

United KingdomWe were impressed with the hotel as soon as we arrived. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the reception area was lovely. Having seen the reception, we wondered what our basic room would be like but it had all you would need. The shower was hot, the breakfast was lovely with a wide variety to choose from. For the price we paid, it was an absolutely great deal.

SpainIf you want to be able to explore nearby areas, you will need to go by car or public transport. but that is not why we go. We have been 3 times and have just booked another 2 nights. We go for rest and relaxation. The night time/entertainment is very hit and miss. I have been 3 times. A total of 7 days, and in that time I have had a mediocre singer, football, and a karaoke night. The other nights there were nothing for us.
I love the approach, foyer, the rooms, the grounds, the food.

SpainUnfortunately, I suffer with osteoarthritis in both of my knees, and do find it difficult to go up and down stairs. I am not disabled, but do prefer to take a lift. Unfortunately, due the lay out of the hotel. we were located on the first floor of one of the low outlying buildings, with no lift! This meant I had to encountered stairs to/from the room. We didn't request a move, as we were tired after a long day travelling and sight seeing, and it was for only one night! Also, the parking fee of 15 E per night, was a little expensive
The location was great. The room was huge and fantastic. Beds were lovely and very comfortable

NetherlandsThere is not that much to do in the region, besides Nerja, Granada and Malaga on some distance.
Luxury and calm resort with loads of space! Really good food and a lot of choice in drinks (all-inclusive). The swimming pools are nice and clean. The animation for adults is really fun with loads of games (table tennis, shooting, archery, darts, etc.) and in the evening nice shows!

Spainfood was disappointing, there was a lot of instant food options on the desserts (jellos, instant mousses etc) and bakery. The food preparation was good but the recipes and options werent the best overall. The music was annoying inside the restaurant. The snack bar schedule didnt make much sense, since it was almost at the same time as the restaurant schedule, so we couldnt really go after for an extra bite.
Staff was really kind and helpful, pool had the best temperature and was pleasant, location was amazing, availability there was so many free spots, tennis courts sea front too, hotel landscape, a lot of activities to do here. it was like a little paradise, all the beautiful gardens too. Pizza was really good. Beautiful flowers everywhere.

SpainThe only things I can think of, but these are very minor comparred to how nice the olace is. No room service, no food allowed to leave the dining room and pool restaurant. And the beach bar seems to be a separate business where they charge for everything. The fridge in the room, a mini fridge wasn't very cold.
Everything! It's a simple answer, but true.
