We had two room as were traveling with children. They couldn't do rooms next to each other (or with interconnecting doors) as rooms next to each other were in different categories.

Hospitality and staff are truly excellent, so friendly and helpful made our stay even more better. Breakfast is great choice with lots of options. Room’s are a tad tight but still great with all necessary features & byredo soap. Located on a quiet road but 5 mins walk to Main Street.

The location is central to everything we wanted and needed to see while in Palma. The breakfast buffet was sufficient and the ability to have fresh made omelets and other options was excellent.

What truly sets this hotel apart is its service. Every staff member, from housekeeping to management, radiated warmth and friendly professionalism. The pool is the perfect place to relax. The bar menu has a lovely choice of light food and amazing cocktails. We were offered a light juice drink and water with a refreshing cold towel to cool us while soaking up the sun It wasn’t just a place to stay it was a place to feel genuinely cared for. Highly recommended.

Though it is very very nice, I feel it is missing a few things to make it 5⭐️. Our room was quite small, no coffee/tea kettle in the room, there is only one chair in the room so someone has to sit on the bed at all times… no room to hang two towels anywhere in the room/bathroom.

Very nice, stylish hotel. Nice staff (Corina was the best!!), quiet, very clean. If you are lucky to get a room with a pool view, even better. Breakfast was good, and they provide car rental services at the reception.

The room was very dark. Badly lit. As always with design hotels there wasn’t enough cupboard space for more than a couple of nights. Perennial criticism - not enough light for make up.
