As for the receipt we didn't receive it at the time we checkout and they said they would send it via email. Two weeks after I had to send an email requesting it, but it still wasn't provided. We had to cal the hotel and just them they send it to us.

I liked the breakfast and the breakfast room which was very comfortable and well decorated although unfortunately I picked up some dishes that were not always very clean. The beds were also comfortable.

One of the receptionists was terrible. She was miserable every day for 9 days and should definitely not be the first person you see on arrival or coming back into the hotel. Unfortunately we had her for both check in and check out. We started taking bets whether she would crack a smile daily (she didn't). I also forgot to ask for my key deposit back (which you pay in cash at check-in), and she didn't mention or return it. I imagine if this happens every time it's a nice little bonus at €5 a key. Rooms weren't cleaned or replenished on our last day so loo roll ran out. Hand soup and shower gel dispensers in our room hadn't been refilled on arrival (so were empty), and weren't refilled until I asked at reception 3 days into our holiday. We just used our own so not a huge issue, but so easily fixed and should be automatically done by the cleaners. More parasols needed around the pool. The pool area is great but the umbrellas are scarce and if you don't get one, there's not much shade, which is defo needed.

Great location - close to a beautiful beach and great restaurants. Decent sized rooms. Nice breakfast. Well priced bar and snacks. Lovely pool area. Nice staff in the restaurant and bars.

90% of the times there was no place to park because it was full, so we had to park nearby and the Police decided to bill us a 200 eur fine. Dont expect a place to park your car.

The kitchen area was outdated, especially the stove and the refrigerator. The nearby shops have a very limited selection of groceries. You need to go to a larger store for more options.

Cozy aparthotel with a pleasant location, clean room, comfortable beds, nice dining area, good drinks, and close to the sea. Nice gently sloping beach, suitable for children.

A minor observation is the bedroom decoration could do with a little refresh, although nothing to be disappointed with during your stay. Beds and bathroom very clean and comfortable.

Excellent location 5 min walk from the beach. Beautifully clean & very friendly helpful staff. Swimming pool lovely & well kept. Hotel is very modern & feels fresh and up to date. Kitchen in bedroom apartment very sufficient, very helpful having a fridge, microwave. Definitely recommend and would go again, especially good for a young family, good fun entertainment at night.

The rooms are a bit outdated, the sofa in the living room was very uncomfortable.

It’s a nice hotel in a great location, the restaurant area is gorgeous with an excellent breakfast with plenty of options. Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful.

Before our arrival I needed to contact the staff and it was just impossible even after calls to the booking staff, no one was able to contact the hostel. Also, only 3 people there spoke English (these ones were very nice, welcoming and professional) Other people from the staff were quite lost when we spoke with them.

It was very beautiful, the apartment was clean and the staff was friendly and smiling. The swimming pool is nice too and the food was awesome (breakfast and dinner were very nice for the whole week)

Parking space is limited, but you can park free in the streets.

The breakfast has a lot of options, very nice. Their coffee is very tasty. The room was cleaned everyday. The staff was very helpful.

It’s up a very steep hill from the beach - we didn’t mind this at all but did observe that some people might be put off.

When I checked in at 2pm there was only 1 person on reception. It took over 20 minutes to get to the front and I was shocked they didn't have any other staff to help. It was very frustrating, and if the hotel knows what time you can check in it should be staffed for this. Buffet breakfast quality could be slightly better, more fruit options etc but overall decent value for money if included in the rate. Would have been good if there was a gym.

I was very disappointed with the cleaning service. My room was only cleaned when I personally requested it at the reception, even though I had placed the "Please clean" sign on the door. This was very frustrating. Additionally, the first time I turned on the air conditioner was also a bad experience. A lot of dust blew out of it, which was quite unpleasant. Additionally, one of the receptionists was very unhelpful. On my first night, the AC didn’t work. I reported it to the receptionist, but she simply told me nothing could be done until the next morning. When I asked what I was supposed to do for the night, she just shrugged and said there was nothing she could do. I asked to change rooms, but she said the hotel was fully booked. She didn’t offer to check the room or help in any way. I had to go back to the room and figure it out myself. Eventually, I found the fuse box and saw that the switch for the AC was turned off. I managed to fix it on my own, but not thanks to the staff. The manager overheard the entire conversation and did nothing to help.

The location is simply amazing! Close to restaurantes, and the beach. It was quite easy to find places to park.
