Selection of cereals wasn't great, in particular lacked muesli / granola. disliked the glass window between bedroom and bathroom, even with blind pulled down light shone between the two rooms. All light switches were clearly labelled unfortunately one light was controlled solely by the Air Conditioning controller , very odd and we needed to go to reception to find out how to turn the light out. Could have done with a few more loungers by the pool.

Good selection of food at breakfast including very nice fruit. Hotel room was spacious and clean and decor looked reasonably fresh. Didn't use the gym but appeared to be very well equiped.

Some little bits of the room could do with a little touch up, few scuff marks here and there, just a couple of bits that could do with a little attention and it would be up too standard! Couple of the light switches needed a little attention too. Also during our stay we had water start to drip through the ceiling from upstairs. To be fair, we let the staff know and they were prompt at helping us, dry up the water and get to the source of the water source. Staff were friendly and helpful considering it was very late at night/early morning. I will say our little leak issue was not the fault of the staff who work there and they did there best at resolving the issue given the circumstances. :)

Very good location especially as it right next to a tram stop! Very good room as we had a suite. Nice size room, with alot of natural light coming in.

I was on a business trip attending a conference held at the International Barcelona Convention Center, which is right next door. It's convenient to stay at a hotel next to the venue.

Hotel starting to show its age. A few little disappointments. Toilet brush fell apart. It had been glued back together. Asked for new one but not replaced. Toilet running constantly after flushing. Sink tap loose. Small things but dissapointing.

Rain shower head pressure was very bad, safe in the room was broken. Booked a twin bed, was given room with a queen, needed to go request change. Terrace closes at 23:00, bit early. Some of the bar staff had issues understanding basic English.

Room, breakfast and facilities were all good, with a few exceptions.

The receptionist was rude and inattentive, making us wait for 10 minutes while busy with other tasks. Initially, he refused to provide a double bed for us as a couple, only giving in after persistent requests. Such poor service is unacceptable for a hotel aiming for good reviews—guests come to relax, not deal with disrespectful staff.

The hotel is in a good location. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

The door knob broke during our stay, it can't be opened from outside, and the staff cannot fix it promptly. The check in process takes too long, we waited 40 minutes in the queue.

The room is very spacious, the toilet facilities are very clean. It's located right next to a tram station.

We had a slight issue with the aircon dripping through the ceiling but the problem was quickly sorted.

The staff were very helpful. The rooftop pool was great after a long day walking and the location was great - right next to a tram stop. The staff were also so great in making up the room each day.

For the price you could maybe include a free mini bar with beverages and water for everyday as other hotels in the same price point in the area , other than that everything was perfect

Just small annoyances - Bathroom window is a weird idea, but can be covered up so the toilet is still somewhat soundproof. AC didnt work properly and the hotel desk was very busy all the time. For example: we asked for soap 3 times and then finally got it, even the cleaning service didn’t bother to change the soap for days.

Very good breakfast, beautiful pool area. Room had plenty of space. Amazing location when visiting the festival. Hopefully can book again in the future.
