The lifeguard at the swimming pool does literally nothing. Not much to do, but still sometimes little children do not behave, are dangerous to themselves as well and when parents dont react, lifeguard should at least point out some rules. Also, in the picture of the swimming pool there are sunbeds, but in reallity there are different ones and very damaged. I slept on the coach, it was not comfortable at all, there are bumps on one side, at least my children slept well. If you need, there are refreshments in the fridge for money, of course. Also, you have to pay for the coffee, which is not usual these days, it should be included in the price.

It was worth of money. The stay was what I expected. I travelled with my three children and they managed very well to go twice a day to underground station and back to hotel. There is a swimming pool, empty at the opening, but full in the afternoon sunshine. Some staff were very nice. The room is great, it has everything we needed. Cleaned very well. Breakfast was not very much to choose from but for us it was ok.

Both the staircases and elevators would benefit from refurbishment, and enhanced interior lighting would significantly improve the overall ambiance of the hotel.

The listing on Booking stated that all taxes and fees were included, but we were charged an additional €60 upon arrival for a 2-night stay for four people (2 adults and 2 children). The pool is small and shallow, and it was crowded, with not enough loungers for everyone.

Comfortable beds, clean linens. The room is quite basic. It has a coffee machine, but the capsules are available for an extra charge. Friendly staff. Free street parking is available near the hotel. Clean environment. Rooftop pool available.

Pretty much we did not complain anything.

We loved welcoming stuff and specious room. Having special parking lot were good option for us. Also, breakfast was really good at quiet specious place. If we visit Madrid in future definitely considering stay there again.

The main problem was because our room was on the "ground" floor, which is underground. The window is not big and located high, but from the outside, it is on a low level. It is impossible to open it partially (maybe it was already broken by thieves). So we could not sleep with the open windows and it was no sense to open them in the daytime because of the smoke from the cars. Sofabed was not comfortable at all and lacked simple things in the bathroom.

It was the closest to the stadium hotel with rooms for 4. Breakfast was good with good stuff, and check-in and check-out were fast.

Rooms are noisy, I have been unlucky with a group of very young people in all rooms around me... power socket close to the bed would be needed.

Staff very nice and friendly, both at reception and breakfast. Rooms very large with small kitchen corner and microwave. Easy to reach.

You can gear the other rooms very well. We had many children around us in other rooms with much noise. Other than that was fine.

Great room with large couches and nice bathroom. Very friendly staff. Beds were OK. Around 10 minute walk to metro. Free parking in the area but during day until 5pm difficult to find a spot.

The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. You could hear everything in the next room.
