Unfortunately its the main route back from the night clubs to the lower priced holiday accomadation and therefore did get a lot of footfall through the night.

Just take ear plugs, it is busy outside throughout the night. Businesses are fine, but about 4am, like any town, there are idiots coming out of the clubs.

Like other people said it’s difficult to sleep as the street is very noisy and the windows are not really soundproof. It can happen that after all the people go to sleep and it’s finally quiet, the municipality decides at 4am in the morning that they park a huge cistern with a pump under the windows and start pumping something until 6am. Apart from the noise, I cannot think of much.

It’s a really nice studio with a great location, balconies viewing the pulsating streets. It has all necessary amenities including a washing machine and iron. For one or two people this is a perfect place.

Perfect location in the heart of Malaga Centro. Yes it’s noisy at night but you don’t book a room So central unless you appreciate and love that city vibe, the noise of city people is white noise to me so I slept like a baby… The Room had everything you could ask for. Kitchen and all necessities including washing machine. Lounge looking over the upper square with incorporated bedroom. Very contemporary, had such a nice city vibe .

We were on the top floor with very small windows. There were some bugs in the flat which I usually don't expect at this time of the year. Including silver bugs in the bathroom. On the last night I had bites on my body Would be great to have an extra shelf in the bathroom to keep all the stuff

The three same people who congregated most nights and talked and shouted till the early hours. Whilst this should not take away from the apartment location it was very annoying and something maybe the apartment could take up with the local authorities (police) Most people vacated the area by 12 30am but these seem people seem to arrive sometime after this time and were very noisy.

It is very minimalist/basic. One small wardrobe in the living area. No storage in bedroom at all. The balconies are not large enough to put a chair on and they get no sun. Had to ask for extra towels as only one bath towel for 2 for a week. Shower head fell off on first use and wasn’t repaired. Front door wouldn’t sometimes fully unlock. Couldn’t get tv to work. Clock in living area didn’t work. Most of the above could so easily be fixed and make a big difference. It can be VERY noisy at night, all night, for this reason I wouldn’t stay again. It is a nice little flat, for very little money it could be sooo much nicer.

Only downside being next to everything is the NOISE! If you’re a weak sleeper I recommend ear plugs. Also the entry system to the front door is a pain, it stopped working due to the battery being low. When I messaged booking.com, I got a response within 5 mins and was able to solve the problem!

Location was PERFECT! Next to everything you need. Restaurants, bars and shop within a stone’s throw. No need for taxis. Also the beach is a 15 min walk. Will definitely be returning in the future.

What makes it great, its location, is also a challenge because it can get very noisy and you might need to close all windows and doors to the balconies.once closed, it’s tolerable.

Its location is very good, centrally located. The apartment was very clean and it has an elevator, something rare in this type of older buildings. It also has air condition in the bedroom, very helpful when you need to close all windows at night because of the noise from the restaurants in the area.

As a lot of other reviews have said, it really is very noisy. I had to sleep with earphones in and a pillow over my head, and I still heard the noise from the street. The noise can last even up to 5-6am over the weekend. It was slightly better on weekdays. After a few nights, we got a bit used to it, but I definitely wouldn't recommend it for a longer trip. And there are no coffee pods for the coffee machine, but you can buy them in the shop nearby.

The flat is located in the very center of Málaga, so there are plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. We felt safe walking there in the evening. Malagueta Beach is approximately a 15min walk. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. We really appreciated the smart lock, it was quick and we didn't have to worry about losing our key. There were a lot of towels, and they were fresh and clean.

The noise from the street. We thought the people might have overreacted in the comments when speaking about noise, but it’s actually very difficult to fall and stay asleep (at least 4,5 times woken up every night - words from a hard sleeper) Even though the location is perfect, it’s the center of Malaga night life, it’s extra noisy until late in the night (and during the whole day). So, I would recommend either renting this if you also plan to party all night or to bring ear plugs (which honestly won’t help much during weekends). Also, the apartment could be a bit cleaner, the towels were clean, but had a weird smell and long black hairs stuck on some of them.

Check in process is very easy and well explained by the owner. All information regarding check in was sent on time. The location was excellent. The apartment itself was good, there was quite enough space, the bed was comfortable. Wifi had excellent quality. Overall experience is ok.

Customer service is terrible. The apartment needs pest control. The shower hose needs to be changed, there is no support, you have to hold it with one hand and wash yourself with the other hand. I got a paper towel roll with just 3 sheets for the whole week, I had to buy my own paper towel, it took more than 30 hours to bring a new one.

Good location, the apartment is beautiful. In the kitchen you will find everything that you need to cook.
