Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Lovely clean comfortable room with very good shower, lots of hot water and comfy beds. The receptionist though was rude and unwelcoming. She chatted to her friend throughout our check-in and managed to go through it all with no eye contact, smile or word of welcome. No better at check out the next morning.

The room is tired with nothing offered (we travelled through France & Spain for 5 nights) - in all other hotels we got water and a dog bed/water bowl & dog treats. There is no kettle or coffee machine. The website states amazing views however in the area it is there is we looked out over derelict buildings with overrun gardens. All that said, it is a very affordable hotel and we enjoyed our stay.
It suited us for our travels and loved that they accepted dogs and that we had access to outside space.

Only 3-4 parking spaces which left only street parking. Check-in staff could have been much more pleasant and helpful.
The hotel was nicer and newer than expected, especially considering the surroundings. Rooms were pleasant and very clean. We had previously been in Guijuelo, and returned for the ham.

The restaurant is closed from Friday until Monday which is very odd for a 3* hotel. Also, there is no bar so even though you can order drinks at reception, you don’t get a menu, prices or a specific selection.

Supposed to have a suite but said they didn’t have any available even though we booked it.
Didn’t stay for breakfast and had to leave early, wouldn’t put on early start breakfast.

The rudeness of the woman who was in the deck afternoon of the 14th of November when I arrived.Nothing was explained about wi-fi,the soap dispenser in the bathroom room did not work as it was empty and the general demeanour was not good.Previously I had not been charged to utilise the underground garage to park my motorcycle.This time I was charged €6 to facilitate as such. Considering the fact I was a solo traveller midweek and out of season as the one or only a few occupants then some gravitas would have been warranted as the room also had issues with no heating in demand and the AC was rendered inoperable for the season I imagine,as I tried it and that’s what it stated.Again something could have been mitigated when I checked in. Not a good stay and the service is poor so as a warning order to others heading south on the A-66 Ruta de Plain…AVOID…there is little bonhomie in the town itself as well with very fare to choose from stepping out the confines of Colditz… NOT RECOMMENDED
I stated previously at the establishment some 10 years previous in the spring of 2014.Then the management was hospitable and the service and everything about the stay was perfect.This time nothing was good….
