We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

We drove up to Benidorm to watch a show in the Be idorm Palace. I didn't fancy a late drive back so we stayed the night in this hotel. It was packed with Spanish people which was no bother to us, but if an English couple was to stay for a week long holiday, they struggle to make friends in the hotel. Entertainment was fun, food selection was limited but good quality. Pool is nice, drink prices are fair.

SpainStrange entrance to hotel from road. Too far from the clubs and need to use taxis You need a taxi to Benidorm Palace 30 euros to park under hotel for the weekend. A handy corner shop very close to hotel to buy water ect.

United KingdomThe location was a bit out of the way for us. It’s perfect if you want a quiet holiday. We wanted the strip it was around €8 in a taxi.
The hotel was lovely it was clean. There was a good selection at breakfast. Very pleasant staff. Cleaners knocked everyday. It’s around €100 in a taxi from airport so if you can get a bus it would save you.
