Great apartments — just across the road and down some steps to the beach. Cleaners change towels daily, provide little shampoo bottles, slippers, and also change the bins every day. The apartment was spotless and very spacious. We were very happy and would definitely visit again. They even supply water and a bottle of bubbly in the fridge as a welcome gift for when you arrive. We had an extra bed, so there was plenty of space for our family of five. The complex has buckets and spades for the kids to use, plus pool noodles, which was a lovely touch. The staff are always cleaning, and I didn’t see a single bug during our stay. The pool was lovely, clean, and refreshing — we always managed to get a sunbed. The internet connection was good. A large supermarket is just a 2-minute walk away, and the street is full of restaurants. It’s a 5-minute drive to the waterpark, and only 20 minutes (€35) to the airport. The beach costs €8 per bed in high season.

I cannot think of any area that was lacking.

We stayed for one week in Flamingo Suites and it was fantastic. The Suite was beautiful and very well maintained. The hot tub on the balcony was a nice extra. All of the staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was one of peace and quiet. The cleanliness in all areas was exceptional. Finally the location is perfect for exploring Costa Adeje, walking distance to shops, restaurants, beaches, marina and Siam Park. Would definitely stay there again.

I prefer generally more calm localisations. Next time I would not choose the breakfast option

A noisy all girl hen party arrived the day before we left. They were loud, swearing, playing very loud music at the pool. It was really out of order. All girl or all male group bookings should not be allowed.

Our 2nd visit to the suites. We were kindly upgraded to a king suite with jacuzzi. It's a well run hotel and you can tell the staff have pride in keeping the place spick and span. We had a great week.

The area around the pool is slippy at times.

The place was peaceful and an oasis from the busy area outside its gates. It is suitable for families with kids who are able to swim or are ok in deep water. The pool is open and in the middle of all the apartments. There is a smaller shallow area too. The rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels if needed and the staff were so helpful . The level of cleanliness was great. The aircon worked a treat.We really enjoyed our stay.

Loved the location, close to grocery store, beach, shopping restaurants etc. I stayed in a suite with my own pool and it was fantastic. The room was clean, two floors, two bathroom, and a kitchen, it was very spacious and I feel like I was living like a queen. Easy check in and check out and the staff were very welcoming.

Loved this hotel suite! The staff were amazing, welcoming, and extremely helpful with anything we asked about! In advance, we were given the city bus number and price to ride from the north airport down to South Tenerife! Saved hundreds of euros! The location was perfect in that across the street and down the steps was the beach, and restaurants and shops were an easy walk. Sunshine Cafe, located right beside Flamingo Suites, was great with wonderful staff and delicious coffee and food! The temperature of the pool was just right for our daily relaxation before our tapas and wine on our large deck overlooking the pool. Nightlife was rocking all around us, but our suite was silent.

Exceptionally clean and the staff could not do enough for you. Never overcrowded by the pool as they only have 18 apartments and many have their jacuzzi or plunge pool.

Noise made by children in the pool and around the pool area resonates because the suites surround the pool (and in fairness this particular point is also one of the Flamingo’s charm so…). Dangerous slippy tiles around the pool area when wet and need to be navigated very carefully to avoid falling over and potential injury. The staff try their best to keep the area dry but it’s virtually impossible when children are constantly splashing.

In the bedrooms there was only 1 plug socket at each side of the bed which was for the side lamps. I am sure, if asked, reception would have provided a multi adapter but it wasn't a huge issue for us.

The overall experience was 10/10. Lovely staff and extremely clean. Fantastic location which despite it being so near to other hotels and pubs with entertainment was very quiet.

Sofa for 3 people. Apartment was for 4. Difficult to sit comfortably as a family. For the size of living area I would suggest adding another sofa and armchairs. Very small tv ( room large had to move sofa closer) and intermittent WiFi for streaming. Drain smell on balcony most mornings. Aircon turning off each time balcony door opened and closed. So had to restart aircon manually each time. Only 3 pillows on the super king beds. Shower pressure and flow slow. No gym or other facilities No oven just hob.

Large apartment. Booked royal suite. Great value for money. Wonderful view of ocean. Very clean. Clean pool area. Fantastically large balcony. With hot tub, sunbeds and dining table. Really large beds. Very good value for money. Central to lots of cafes, shops and restaurants. Wasn’t noisy but might well be at height of season. Welcome bottle of cava and water provided. Easy check in.
