Noisy neighbour. Hob for cooking didn't work and no reply when reported to owner

A little maintenance is needed , the toilet doesnt flush very well , just needs a small price of foam to press the flush would be easy to fix this, alot he water boiler is leaking in the kitchen, the hob in the kitchen doesn't appear to work so I had to boil eggs in the kettle 🤣🤦 also the walls are probably the thinnest I have experienced in a long time so take ear plugs if you want a good sleep as you can hear the neighbours snoring and talking and going to the toilet. Also the mirror in the bedroom has alot of black mould on the back of it maybe there was a leak previously causing this.

Keys were with taxi driver which was arranged as my flight was late arrival, apartment was fine, location was perfect, and the bed was very comfortable.

TV was not very modern so no way to watch any on demand TV like Netflix, YouTube, etc..

Location was good, close to all local amenities and only a ten minute walk to the beach. Small balcony to be able to sit out in the evening to enjoy food and drink.

The key arrangements. Morning i was leaving 7.45am left keys in apartment. Then realised i was locked in couldnt get out the main door of building or the gate as I had left keys in room when leaving. Had to panic knock up other guest who kindly got Out of her bed to let me out. I could have missed flight . I liked apartment will book again but will be better prepared with key arrangements

Beds could have been comfier and bathroom slightly small but these were not problems, just minor points :-)

A great stay. Instructions to pick up door keys were great, apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean, location is excellent with proximity to yumbo and beach. Cleaner was outstanding as well as lovely and hosts so welcoming :-) Thanks very much!

It’s just a bit dated but that’s reflected in the price. The kettle provided blew the fuse every time so could not use.

The location. Close to restaurants, supermarkets, Yumbo Centre. Nice pool area (no umbrellas for shade)

You should put air conditioning, improve the pressure of water in the shower, fix the door of the room which doesn’t close well

Sadly a few issues the cooker top power was on but rings wouldn’t heat up also toaster was broke and one set of the keys stuck and took a while to open the door apart from that all good

Infestation of mites, and we spotted a notice by the lifts suggesting fumication required. Very noisy neighbours for first few nights. Balcony not the most private.

Great location, next to Yumbo, but can't hear the noise of Yumbo. Lovely balcony for daytime sun, no close obstructions. Decent pool with all day sun (but hard sun beds!). Super fast lifts! Well kitted out kitchen. Easy availability of keys when arriving.

The shower was very tricky to work and the fitting where the showerhead rested was coming loose The sight of ants across the counter top was also a bit alarming.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and nicely furnished. It was in a prime location for where I needed to be and comfortable enough.

two very tiny single beds, I feel falling on the floor each time when I sleep. no air conditioning. there are cockroaches walking in the apartment every evening.

Super central location, you have every thing around, regular cleaning service, the host react fast.

The taxi driver that the host had organised collected the keys for me because the instructions had changed while I was travelling. The location of the apartment was exceptionally convenient. The apartment felt secure as the gates were locked each evening so that only residents could enter the property.

Connecting with host.no reception.no kettle although we did get one after 2 days. Beds were very hard.extra blankets were not clean and cushions on sofa were smelly.only very large pans for cooking no small pans.the apartment was cleaned twice in a wk with clean towels , but it wasnt cleaned to a good standard could smell Any cleaning products.

Location perfect.plenty of hot water.great balcony out of wind.
