Fees for late checkout could be a bit more reasonable. The ceiling in our room was a bit moldy and peeling off (sure it was not part of the rustic decor)

I'd like to highlight the superb service of 2 people of your staff: reception - Jesus / and the lady responsible for the breakfast area (don't remember her name but I know she's Romanian). Proactive people like these 2 really make a difference for us guests!

We really loved the roof top bar, the service ad the delicious food. Comfortable room which fitted our family of 4 with 2 teens well. Good bathroom. Quiet all hours.

The sink to wash your hands was outside the bathroom itself, and the shower was very small and had a motion sensor light that sometimes turned off while you were showering.

Good location, right in the center, close to everything and the subway. Something to take notice of in Madrid.

Great location. Step out of reception and you're at the heart of the Gran Via. This was a one-night stay to get to a flight connection so we profited to visit the area. The building is huge, it could pass as a hotel, by size and name, but it is in fact a backpacker's hostel. Room was smaller than it appears on photos, so no mini fridge, but beds were comfortable. It's a good place for short stays.

Towels extremely expensive . In the room there is a bathroom and shower. At night it is uncomfortable. The beds have no curtains and if someone turns on the light or uses the toilet it is uncomfortable. There is no shower gel

The rules about the silence time is not that clear for the guests. The people were using the room to interact, talking loud at 01:30, 2h. Making phone calls (super laud) and lives around that time? What? No respect from the guest. It could be more clear in the check in, some people need this. 😅

The location is amazing and the staff super friendly! The rooftop is cool.

They would have more activities for solo Travelers, there is also no space for working, you can work in the restaurant but they put very loud music and there is people around talking so it is difficult if you work remote and have a meeting

Towels to be complementary; the sink and shelf/clothing rack were not cleaned frequently; for safety there should be a mat outside the shower ; the signage for exiting was confusing

The bed was noisy — I could hear every movement, which made it hard to sleep at times. Also, the walls seemed thin, so noise from neighboring rooms and hallways carried easily.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and major sights. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the common areas had a lively, social vibe.

Hadnt stayed in a dorm room for many years so it was just the same - waiting for toilets/showers and a little noisy - noise cancelling ear buds are brilliant

The air conditioning was noisy and couldn't be switched off. The only way is to open the window which automatically switches AC off however then you are left with street noises.

One of the best hostels I have stayed in where most things are thought through for the travellers.
